DESIGN FOR THE BACK OF A COMB.

To all whom it may eonaern:
Be it known that I, ABIJAH WALLACE, e citizen of the United States, residing at Strondsburg, in the eountt of Monroe and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for the Becks of Combs; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the some, reference beinghadtothe aeeompanyingdrswing, forming a part thereof, in which a side View of the comb is represented.
The leading feature of my design consists in the representation of two nude or seminude human figures in reversed position produced in relief upon the back of the comb. From substantially the median line of the bed ies forming the back of the comb the teeth of the comb project. The figures are disposed lengthwise of the comb.
In the accompanying drawing, a is the back of the comb, showing the two human figures in relief and in reversed position, and b are the teeth of the comb.
I claim The design for the backs of combs and like articles herein shown and described, the same consisting in the outline and conformation of two human figures in reversed position disposed lengthwise on the book of the comb, substantially as set forth.
