DESIGN FOR A PANEL.

To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, FREDERICK MANKEY, of \Villinmsport', Lyeoming county, Pennsyl- Vania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Panels, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying photograph, forming part hereof.
My design consists in the square elevations A, appearing in rows diagonally upon the panel. The edges B of said elevations are stepped, so that each elevation has theappearance'of a series of more than two superposed elevations of gradually smaller area. Four steps on the side or edge of caell elevation are represented. The upper surface of said elevations is flat.
I prefer to show the general outline of the raised design formed by the diagonal rows of elevations in the shape of a rectangle, as represented in the photograph, and to this end there appear at the extremities of the rows of elevations triangular elevations O and D, also showing stepped'edges or sides to correspond with the steppedsides of elevations A. Some 2 of these triangular elevations, as C, are in the form of isosceles triangles. Others, located at the corners of the panel, are in the form of right-angled triangles. Between the rows of p ,5
