DESIGN FOR AN OPEN-WORK PANEL.

SPECIFICATION forming part. of Design No. 16,428,11ated December 29, 1885 Application filed November 13, 1885.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that LFREDERIOK MANKEY, of Williamsport, Lycoining county, Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Open -W*orlc Panels, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying photograph, forming part hereof.

Upon the face ofthepanel appear rectangular elevations Aarmuged in rows, as 1 and 2, the elevations in each row being separated by channels B, and the several rows being separated by channels 0. The upper edges of said elevations are beveled or inclined. In the center of each elevation,and extending through the panel, is an opening, D. Each opening is of hexagonal form, the said hexagon having two straightsides, E E, parallel and opposite, and four curved sides, F G H I. The sidesE G are inwardly convex, and are between the 20 ends of the sides E E. The sides H I extend between the opposite ends of the sides E E, and are opposite the sides F G.

I claim- The design for an open-work panel herein shown and described, which consists in the quadrangular elevations A, arranged in rows, with intermediate channels, B O, and the 0penings D through said elevations, the said openings each having six sides, E E F G H I.
