UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR OTHER ARTICLE OF FLATWARE Lillian V. M. Helander, Meriden, Conn, assignor to The International Silver Company, Meriden, Conn., a corporation of Connecticut To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Lillian V. M. Helander, a citizen of the United States, residing at Meriden, county of New Haven, State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Other Article of Flatware, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a spoon, showing the essential features of my new design in full lines;

Fig. 2 is an enlarged cross section taken on the line 2-2 of Fig. 1;

Fig, 3 is an enlarged cross section taken on the line 33 of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 4 is a side elevational view.

The back of the spoon conforms with the disclosures of Figs. 2 and 3, and may be plain or have surface ornamentation embodying the motif disclosed in Fig. 1.

The design is intended for use on sets comprising spoons, forks, knives, and similar articles of table-ware.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or other article of flatware, substantially as shown and described.
