DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR OTHER ARTICLE OF FLATWARE Lillian V. M. Helander, Meriden, Conn., assignor to International Silver Company, Meriden, Conn., a corporation of New Jersey Application December 29, 1944, Serial No. 117,142

Be it known that I, Lillian V. M. Helander, a citizen of the United States, residing at Meriden, county of New Haven, State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Other Article of Flatware, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevation of a spoon showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken on the line 2--2 of Fig. 1; I

Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken on the line 33 01 Fig. 1; and

Fig. 41s a, side elevational view.

The back of the spoon conforms with the disclosures of Figs. 2 and 3, and may be plain or have surface ornamentation embodying the motif disclosed in Fig. 1.

The design is intended for use on sets comprising spoons, forks, knives and similar articles of table-ware.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or other artidle of flatware, substantially as shown and described.
