PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR OTHER ARTICLE OF FLATWARE Application June 18, 1941, Serial No. 101,524

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Frederick W. Stark, a citizen of the United States, residing at Meridecounty of New Haven, State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Other Article of Flatware, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevation of a spoon showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken on the line 22 of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken on the line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

The back of the spoon conforms with the disclosure of Figs. 2 and 3, and may be plain or have surface ornamentation embodying the motif disclosed in Fig. 1.

The design is intended for use on sets comprising spoons, forks, knives and similar articles of tableware.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or other article of flatware, substantially as shown and. described.
