PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR OTHER ARTICLE OF FLATWARE Application February 5, 1936, Serial No. 60,990

Term of patent 14 years Be it known that we, Alfred G. Kintz and Lillian V. M. Helander, citizens of the United States, re siding, respectively, at Wallingford, county of New Haven, State of Connecticut, and Meriden, county of New Haven, State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Other Article of Flatware, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevation of a spoon showing our new design; and

Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken on the lines 2-2 of Fig. 1.

The back of the spoon conforms with the disclosure of Fig. 2, and may be plain or have surface ornamentation embodying the motif disclosed in Fig. 1.

The design is intended for use on sets comprising spoons, forks, knives and similar articles of tableware.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or other an ticle of flatware, substantially as shown and described.
