DESIGN FOR A BOTTLE OR FLASK.

Bc it known that I, J OHN K. CUMMINGS, of the cit-y of St. Louis, in the State of Missouri, have invented and produced u. Design for Flasks or Bottles, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference be ing had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification.
Figure 1 is one half in elevation and one halt' iu section at line 1 1, Fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a. horizontal section at 2 2, Fig. 1.
The peculiarities of this bottle or flask are, first, a flut portion, A, at each side, said portions being pnrnllel with each other; second, the shoulders C are in the arc of a circle having zn radius equal to one-half the width of the bottle or ilnsk; third, the edges A. of the bottlc or flask are vertical and semicircular in horizontal section, the radius of the semicirole being equal to one-half the thickness of the bottle or flask; fourth, on the bottom of the bottle or liask is a. foot, D, and between the foot and the vertical parts A' are round portions I, the bottom of the bottle being, like the top, semicircular, except where footDcuts the same. The body of the bottle or flask has no sharp curves or corners.
It will be understood that the bottle or flask is what is known as flat, and that its edges, top, nud bottom are formed with true semicircular curves, except where the neck and foot interfere.
I claim as my invention- The design for a bottle or flask, having the shape or configuration shown and described.
