To all whom It may concern Be it known that I, ETIENNE FAJON, of Boston, in the eonnryot' Sutfolk and State oflllassachnsetts, have invented a new Design for 5 Carpets, of which the following is a specification.

The nature of my design is fully shown in the accompanying photographic illustration.

The design is composed of the variously IO shaped and grouped figures, the zigzag eonneeting bars or lines, and the freely-mottled ground.
