SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 13,387, dated October 31, 1882.

To all 'llllOlH it may concern:
Be it known that I, JOHN I1. POPE, ol' Cleveland, in the county of Guyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented and produced a new and original Design for \Vear-Irons, of which the following is a specification, rn-d'erence beinghad to the accompanying engraving, forming part thereof.
My invention relates to a design for wearirons used partieularlyon carriages and other vehicles; and its novelty consists in its sue face ornamentation and in its general contiguration, as will he hereinafter more particularly described and claimed.

What I claim as of my invention, and desiie to secure by design Letters Patent, is-

2. A wear-iron of substantially the shape shown-that is,with a straightshank and with outwardly runningand curved portions, as described.
