Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Amedeo Diodati, a citizen of the United States, residing at Roslindale, in the county of Suffolk and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Sunglasses, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing,

Fig. 1 is a perspective view looking downwardly upon the sunglasses embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a plan view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a side view thereof; and

Fig. 4 is a section taken on line 4-4 of Fig. 2.

The dominant features of the design comprise the curved front of the frame of the sunglasses, which merges into smoothly rounded side portions formed with inwardly projecting glare shields at the top and bottom of the frame; and the temple pieces each having a wide rearwardly tapering front portion formed with inwardly directed flanges at the top and bottom thereof which are hinged to the ends of the rounded side portions of the frame, and relatively narrow bows extending rearwardly from the tapering edges of the wide front portion of the temple piece; the frames having lenses so located therein that their outer edges are spaced a substantial distance from the extreme ends of the curved side portions, respectively.

The ornamental design for sunglasses, substantially as shown and described.
