PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A BRIDGE FOR AN OPHTHAL- MIC MOUNTING Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that, I, Edward M. Splaine, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Southbridge, in the county of Worcester and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Bridge for an Ophthalmic Mounting, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. I is a perspective View of a bridge for an ophthalmic mounting embodying my design;

Fig. II is a front View of the bridge shown in Fig. I;

Fig. III is a top plan View of the bridge shown in Figs. I and II; and

Fig. IV is a sectional View taken on line IVIV of Fig. II and looking in the direction of the arrows.

The characteristic features of my design are shown in full lines in the drawing and comprise broadly a central arch portion and depending side portions spaced apart a distance greater than the total length of the central arch portion and joined to said central arch portion by intermediate portions having a serrated contour.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a bridge for an ophthalmic mounting, substantially as shown and described.
