DESIGN FOR PERFUMERY-BOTTLES.

Specification forming part of Design No. 10,716. dated June 11, 1878; application filed May 13, 1878. [Term of patent 7 years.]

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, MARTIN 0. H001), of Boston, of the county of Sufl'olk and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new and useful Design for a Perfumery-Bottle; and do hereby declare the same to be described in the following specification, and represented in the accompanying drawings, of which Figure 1 is a front elevation, Fig. 2 a side view, and Fig. 3 a vertical section, of a bottle embracing the said design. Fig. 4 is a horizontal and transverse section of such bottle, taken through its panel.

In carrying out the design, the body A of the bottle is in the form of an inverted conic frustum, and has in one side of it a tapering panel, rounded at its sides and ends, or oval,

as represented. The neck B, extending from the larger base of the frustum, tapers in the curved form, as shown, and terminates in a cylindrical head, 0, having a tunnel-shaped or flaring mouth, a.

I claim- The said design for a perfumery-bottle, it consisting in having the body formed as an inverted conic frustnm, and with a tapering panel, rounded at its sides and ends, and also in having the neck tapering and terminating in a cylindrical head, all being as represented.
