Specification forming part of Design No. 10,568, dated March 26, 1678; application filed March 11, 1878.

Be it known that I, JAMES L. FOLSOM, of Brooklyn, Kings county, and State of New' York, have invented or produced a new and original Design for a Pattern to be Inwrought into [n grain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs accompanying this speeiication, or in other colors substituted in the place ofthose painted on the drawings or photographs herewith, and I do hereby declare that the drawings accompanying this speeication do give and convey to any one skilled in the art of oarpet-weavin g a defined and thorough description of the nature of my invention, and are suficient to enable any one skilled in the art of carpet-Weaving to use my invention.

That I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
