B is 'a metal plate, having upon one end a hollow thilI.
O is the spring, which is fastened to the thill at one end by means of a screw, said spring having its fulcrum upon the hollow post B, thence passing forward and pressing snugly against the metal plate B.
D is an ordinary bolt which passes through the spring 0, hollow tube B, and thill A, the whole being firmly secured together by means of the screw-nut E.
e e are screws which serve to attach the plate B to the thill.
Having thus described my invention,
\Vhat I claim, and desire to secure, is-
The spring 0, tube B, bolt D, and thill A, all arranged and constructed as herein shown and described, and for the purpose set forth.
