To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, ERAZM KOMAR, a subject of the Czar of Russia, and residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, vhave invented certain new and useful Improvements in Toy Devices, of which the following is a tion, such as will enable those skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same. A
This invention relates to toy devices, and the object thereof is to .provide an improved device of this class known as a fiying toy or bird, and it is particularly designed for use by and to amuse the young, and with this and other objects in view the invention consists in a device of the class specified constructed as hereinafter described and claimed.

1n the practice of my invention I provide a block or casing a, and to the top of which while a similar plate c is secured to the bottoni thereof, andthe plates and c are provided with central apertures b2 and c2, and passed through the bore a2 and through the apertures b2 and c2 of the plates b and c is a rotary part d which is cylindrical in form and which preferably consists of a tube, the upper end of which is provided with oppositely arranged recesses cl2, one side wall of which is vertical p and the other spiral in form as showu at d and d4 respectively.
