Koi-[Nfa citizen of the United States, residing at Grover Hill, in the county of Paulding' and State o`t` Ohio, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Folding CarryV4 ing Cases and Stands7 and d6 declare the. following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention. such as will enable. others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make. and use the saine.

This invention relates to improvements in folding carrying cases and stands.

One object ot the invention is to provide a carrying case having means whereby the same may be supported at a suitable elevation and which, when thus supported and open, will form a stand. c i

. Another object is to provide a case of this character having a series of compartments and covers for closing the same, said covers being` adapted to open to form the top of the stand and a series of supporting shelves.

A further object is to provide a carrying case having supporting legs adapted to be folded up and incloscd in the case when not in use.

vWith the Jforegoing and other objects in view, the inv :ition consists ot' certain novel features of construction,'combination and arrangement ot' parte as will be more 'fully described and particularly pointed out in the appended claim. U

The lower end of theV spring catch 3l is preferably beveled to perniit the covers to automatically swing into engagement therewith. lll suitable handle is provided on the top of the case by ineens ot which the saine may' be readily carried when in foldedposition.

A case constructed as herein shown and described will be especially adapted for use or physicians, undertakers or in connection with other workl where it is necessary to carry a. number ot instruments and accesseries and in which a stand is required for supporting the saine while in use.

Having thus described my invention, what claim is A.
