Referring now to the accompanying drawing, there is shown a cover or holder 1 girovided with a metallic member comprising the upright stop or abutment 2 and a fist teat or lug 3, preferably formed integral therewith. This metallic member is rigidly secured to the holder 1 and forms in effect a part thereof.

As many changes could be made in the above construction and many apparently widely different embodiments of thls invention could be made without departing from the scope thereof, it is intended that all matter contained in the above description or shown in the accompanying drawings shall be interpreted illustrative and. not in a limiting sense.

' Having described my invention, What it claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent is 1. In a device of the class described, in combination, a holder, a metallic member rigidly secured to said holder and provided with an abutment presenting a plane surface and a tint projection, saidfiat projection being spaced from said abutment and lying in a plane substantially parallel to the plane surface of the abutment, and a pad formed of a plurality of superimposed leaves connected. to one another along weakened lines, one end thereof being provided with reg istcr jeci 11g slits through which said flat pron extends, registering slits extending substantially parallel with the end of tance substantially equal to the distance that the flat projection is spaced from the abutnient whereby when the pad is in position with said fiat projectionextending throu h said registering slits said end of the pad will rest against said abutment.

In a device of the class described, in combination, a holder, a metallic member rigidly secured to said holder and comprising an abutment provided with a planeabutting surface, an integral flat projection, said fiat projection being spaced from said abutment and lying in a plane substantially pa 'allel to the lane of said abutting surface, and a pa formed of a plurality of superimposed leaves connected to-one another along weakened lines, one end thereof being provided with registering slits through iihich said flatprojection extends, said registering slits extending substantially parallel with the end of the pad and being spaced therefrom a distance substantially equal to the distance that the projection is spaced from said abutting surface, whereby when the pad is in. position with said projection extending through said registering slits, said end of the pad will rest against said abutting surface.
