citizen of the United States, residing at New Albany, in the county of Floyd and State of Indiana, have invented a new and useful insulator-Bracket, of which the following' is a specification.
The invention relates to improvements ininsulator brackets.
The object or" the present intention is to improve the construction of insulator brackets, designed for supporting telegraph, telephone and other electrical Wires, and capable of being quickly applied to a brick or stone wall, and of being readily .removed therefrom Without damaging the Wall.
Another object of the invention is to prof vide an insulator bracket o' this character. adapted to be readily applied to any corner ot' a building', and equipped with ineans for iirnily anchoring it tothe saine, whereby it is ei't'ectually prevented :troni being;` pulled therefrom by a light. strain, so that the (langer incident to live wires and resulting from the pulling o1, of the supporting' bracketswill be practically eliminated.
lllith these and other objects lin i'iew, the invention consists in the construction and novel combination of parts hereinafter fully described, illustrated in the accompanying drawing, and pointed out in the claims hercto appended; it being understood that various changes in the forni, proportion, size and ininor details ot construction, within the scope of the claims, may be resorted to without departing from the spirit or sacri,- ficing any of the advantages-ot the invenq tion.

which in the forni of the invention illustrated in Figs. l and 2are1provided with vertically clined circular openings 3, adapted to receive a pin 4, on which a standard insulator 5 is mounted in the usual manner. The insulator 5 is in `the forni of a cap and is screwed on the upper end of the pin. As the particular construction ofthe insulator and the manner of securing the same to the upper end of the pin do not constitute a.

The vertical body or back of the bracket is provided at the upperportion with a latr` eral extension 6 from which depends a vertical arm 7, adapted to lit against the Wall to brace .the bracket.
