STOVE-ATTACHMENT.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and makingpart of the same.
To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, MARY E. Giants, of Aurora, in the county of Kane, and State of Illinois, have in- I vented a new and useful article, A Stove-Attachment, for cover-lifter and poker, and towel-drier combined, and I do hereby declare and makeknown that the following is a full, clear, and exact description,
of the same, reference being'had to the accompanying drawings, and the letters and figures marked thereon which form a 'part of this specification.
The nature of my invention consists in the peculiar construction and. arrangement of the several parts thereof. v
To enable those skilled in the art to construct and use my invention, I will proceed to describe the same with particularity, making reference, in so doing, to

Two brackets'are clamped by thumb-screws to the upper plate of the stove, at the required distance apart, the rods passingthrough the holes ineach bracket, to constitute the drier. If used only as a lifter and poker-hanger, one bracketonly is requisite. This invention is adapted tothe back or sides of a stove, as persons using it may require.
' Having described my invention, I will now specify what I claim, and desire'to secure by Letters Patent.
I claim the stove-attachment shown, consisting of the brackets O, set-screw g, one or more perforations f, and one or more projections d, all constructed sub stantially as set forth, and for ,the purpose-described.
