IMPRDVEMENT IN PLOW-POINTS.
The Schedule referred to in these Lettera Patent and making part of the same.
To all whom t't may conce/rn:
Y Be it known that I; OLE O. SroBLE, of Norway, county of Racine, and State, of Wisconsim'have invented anew and useful Improvement in Plow-Points; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable those skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part of this specification, in which- Figure `1 is a' top view of my invention.

The object of my invention is to produce a plowpoint, which, by raising the rear end, will adj ust it, so that as it wearso, it will give the plow the required dip without disarranging the balance of the plow.
A is the plow-frame.
B, the point, with a sharp upper edge, which answers for a coulter.
O, the bolt which holds the point to the plow-frame. D, nut, on the head of bolt O.
*am @away E, slot in the plow-flame, for bolt C to pass through. F, slot in the plow-point, forv the bolt C to pass through.
G,- socket in the point.
H, point of the plow-frame, which enters socket G,
and holds the plow-point.
A. Operation. As the plow-point wears out, the nut D is loosened, and the bolt C shoved back, which raises the rear end of the point, and dips its forward end; itis screwed up again, and this is continued, from time to time, till a new point is wanted.
What I claim as my invention, and desire to se- Y cure by Letters Patent, is-
1. P1ow-point B, with its socket G, in combination with plow-frame A, substantially as described;
2. Adjustable plow-point B, substantially as de-A scribed.
