The Schedule referred to`in these Letters Patent and making part of the same,
"Wateriord, in the county ot' Saratoga, and State of NewYork, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Shears; `and'I do hereby declare that the `following,r is a i'nll, clear, and exact description mthereoi', reference being had to theaccompanying draw- `ings, and to the letters of reference marked thereon, i which form a partof this specification, in which the Hiignre in the annexed drawing,r represents a plan view h f y The natureof my invention consists inthe construch tin of pliers with a cutting-edge cast solid with each ot' the jaws of ysaid pliers, in the manner hereinafter i `set forth.
