Be it known that I, WILLIAM G. FISHER, a resident of Middletown, in the county of Middlesex and State of Connecticut, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Suspenders, and Ido hereby declare the following tobe a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same.

With these objects in view, the invention consists in certain novel features of construction and combinations and arrangements of parts as will be more fully hereinafter described and pointed outin the claims. 1

Having fully described my invention what I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters-Patent, is

Suspenders comprising a body webbing made in one continuous piece and provided at its ends with attaching devices, said body webbing provided in its center with a buttonhole, across-bar disposed transversely on the body webbing and terminating at its ends inwardly from the side edges of said body webbing, a loop, connecting means between said loop and'cross bar and passing through the button-hole in the body webbing, and a back strap passing through said loop and provided at its ends with attaching devices.
