To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, J osnrri T. HAsKrNs, a citizen of the United States, residing at Portland, in the county of- Gumberland and'State of Maine, have invented certainnew and useful Improvements in Pencil-Holders; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact. description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the sarhe.
This invention relates to an improvement in pencilholders and is especially intended to permit a pencil to be wholly used up, thereby saving pencil ends which would otherwise be thrown away and keep the pencil with holders always of one length.
