The combination With a shirt having e vertical loop at the front of the neckbencl, of a collar having inside horizontal flap projece tions pointing toward each other, an outside vertical loop at one end of the collar for one of said flaps, the other of said flaps adapted the loop in the neckbenrl, and means at the back of the collar for connection with the shirt.
