CANDLESTICK.
To all whom, it may concern:
Be it known that I, JOSEPH KINDELAN, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city of Leadville, in the county of Lake and State of Colorado, have invented a new and ImprovedCandlestick, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description.
This invention relates to improvements in miners candlesticks, the object being to provide a candlestick of simple construction and so arranged that the candle may be readily adjusted.
-I will describe a candlestick embodying my invention and then point out the novel features in the appended claim.
Reference is to be had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part of this specification, in whlch similar characters of reference indicate corresponding parts in both figures.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a candlestick embodying my invention, and Fig. 2 is a plan view thereof. The candlestick comprises a single length of spring-steel bent to form a bow 1, having at one end a semicircular portion 2 and at the other end a semicircular portion 3 these portions 2 and 3 forming practically a holder Specification of Letters Patent. Having thus described my invention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent A miners candlestick comprising a body portion consisting of a single length of springsteel bent to form a loop terminating in segmental portions; a spike extended from one of the segmental portions; a hook on one of the segmental portions and segmental plates secured to said segmental portions.
