To all 'whom may concern Be it known that I, CELIA R. P. IVoon, (now by marriage CELIA R. P. FosTER,) of Canandaigua, in the county of Ontario and State of New York, have inventedA a new and useful Improvement in VVork-Stands, which I denominate the Jenny Lind VVork- Table; I herebydeclare the following to be a full, clear, and eXact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, in which e Figure 1, is a perspective view of the stand,and candle holders attached; Fig. 2, a section thereof; Fig. 3, a top view of the drawers detached. y

The lower part of my work stand consists of a frame work, or low table A A I-I I-I Fig. 1, with 2 slide drawers or steps, E D in the front side, elevated one above the other, when drawn out as represented at E D Figs.

ment what I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
1. The mounting of the upper leaf B, and disk G with the drawers R R Q on the rotary standard X, thus raising or lowering the whole to suit different persons by the screw L.
2. I claim the rotary disk with drawers hung thereon by the screw V, supported by the pin Kwhioh can turn round the standard independent of the leaf, or standard B X and raised or lowered as herein set forth.
