Be it known that I, STEPHEN W. R001 of the lt-y, county, and State of 'NewfIork, have invented .a new and improved. Frame for andMeans of Adjusting fNeck-Ties; and I do hereby decline-that the following is e .full and exact description thereof, reference being bad to the accompanying; drawings, and to. the letters of inference marked thereon.
