IMPROVEMENT IN COOLING MILK.

TO ALIi WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Be it known that I, WATSON PECK, of the town of York, county of Dupage. State of Illinois, have invented a new and improved Mode of Cooling .Milk; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters of reference marked thereon- V The nature of my invention consists in a vat, in which is coiled lead piping, the vat being filled with Water. The milk to be cooled is passed through the lead pipe from the bucket and strainer G and allowed to pass out at the stop-cock' E.
To enable otheis to make use of my invention, I will proceed to describe its construction and operation.
It consists in a vat marked A, shown in the accompanying drawing, within which is coiled Iead piping B, of the dimension of an inch or less, it being attached to tin bucket 0, through the board F.
