IMPROVEMENT IN PAPER-COLLAR BANDS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 52,371, dated January 30, 1866.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, GEORGE K. SNOW, of Watertown, in the county of Middlesex and 'State of Massachusetts, have invented a new Manufacture of Continuous Band for Paper 'Gollars or Wristbands; and I do hereby declare the same to be fully described in the'following specification and represented in the accompanying drawings, of which-'- Figure 1 denotes a top view, and Fig. 2 a side .view, of a paper roll or continuous collarband of the kind constituting my invention.
Fig. 3 is a side elevation, -and Fig. 4 a crosssection, of a piece of it sufficient for a collar or wristband.
In making my invention the object I have had in view was to providepaper collars or wristbands in a continuous strip, 'from which a person could, as circumstances might require, cut ofl a portion of the necessary size or length for a collar or a wristband, such portion being duly provided with an imitation of one or more rows of stitching, and also with a bending crease, or either.
In the drawings, A denotes the continuous strip or roll of paper, having one or morelines of indents or imitations of rows of stitching,

The continuous collar-band is designed more especially for ladies, who generally wear col-' either, and so as to be capable of being cut up into a series of collars or wristbands, in. manner as specified.
