Definitions

  • An object of the present invention is to obviate such drawbacks by providing an arrangement which makes it possible to use a standard one-piece spray pump, and to secure such spray pump sealingly onto a bottle of any type whatsoever. Under such conditions, because the pump is mass-manufactured according to a single pattern, the cost price can be considerably reduced. Moreover,.' this permits making a spray which is adapted to be refilled over and over again, it being sufficient to merely pour scent or spraying medium again into the bottle.
  • the present invention provides a device for securing a spray pump onto a bottle, and the device includes in combination, the spray pump, a bottle provided with a neck. and the spray pump being provided with a stationary annular collar.
  • the lower surface of the stationary annular collar is positionable to bear on the top of the neck of the bottle.
  • the device also includes an intermediate piece which ensures the affixing of the spray pump onto the neck of the bottle by bearing both on the spray pump and the exterior of the bottle.
  • the upper surface of the stationary annular collar is used as a bearing for the intermediate piece.
