  • An emergency escaping device for high building of this invention comprisers an integral of vertically serial protection piping frames having a plurality of cross plates or pipes, said frames being faced apart with the emergency exits of the building and building exterior wall and being also used as the emergency escaping ladders; a plurality of poles within said protection piping frames for which peoples escape sliding down, said poles being aligned in two rows in forward and backward seeing from said protection piping frames; a plurality of stepping plates being located at the every other emergency exit at the building floors, said stepping plate being equipped with said several poles in the backward position therethrough spaced at a proper distance from the several poles in the forward position; and a plurality of resting plates being located at protecting piping frames at the same level with every other floors in different from aforegoing floors having said stepping plates, said resting plates being equipped with several poles therethrough spaced at a proper distance from the backward poles.
  • One object of this invention is to provide-an emergency escaping device to permit the peoples to escape safely without falling down to the ground.
  • Another object of this invention is to provide an emergency escaping device to admit everyone to use without afraid and fear.
  • Still further object of this invention is to provide the emergency escaping device to admit 'many peoples to be able to escape within a short time.
  • Still further object of this invention is to provide the emergency escaping device to admit the "peoples in physical inferiority to be able to escape safely with help by the escorts.
  • Still further object of this invention is to provide the emergency escaping device in order that the peoples can escape without special operation and training required at normal time.
  • Still further object of this invention is to provide the emergency escaping device which is applicable to a skyscraper such as in floors and the surrounding protection piping frames are usable as ladders.
  • Still another object of this invention is to'provide the emergency escaping device which is easily installed with a reasonable cost.

  • a plurality of resting plates being located at the protection piping frames at the same level with every other floors in different from aforegoing floors having said stepping plates, said resting plates being provided with several poles therethrough spaced at a proper distance from the back ward poles.
  • An emergency escaping device according to claim 1, wherein said protection piping frames are curved at its upper portion and secured to the upper roof of the building.
  • protection piping frames are made of the iron steel piping frame coated with unflamable corrosion-free painting.
