  • the object of the present invention is to eliminate said disadvantages in a simple and appropriate manner. According to the invention this is achieved by the fact that the needle is slidingly journaled in a guiding member in the holder which guiding member is provided with a locking member for locking the needle in a desired position in the guiding member, in addition to which the portion of the needle located in the holder behind the locking member has a length permitting the needle to be drawn out and locked in the desired position after a breakage of the needle or after each of several consecutive breakages.
