To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that .I, THOMAS P. Cos'rELLo. of llnti'alo. in the county of Erie. State of Xew York. have invented a new and Improved Skate, which I designate a "Bootblk'atef and I do hereby declare that the following is a full and exact description thereof. reference being had to the accompanying drawings and to the letters of reference and figures marked thereon.
