The body l is provided With a substantiaHy u-Shaped tensioning s1ot 2, and With a pair of vshaped holding S1otS, respectively indicated at 2 and 6. The tensioning slof 2 and the holding S1ot 3 are disposed in the outef end poftion of the body in spaced felation to eaoh othef, and the othef holding sot f is diSpoSed in the innef end portion of the body.

The resent invention rovides a most efcient device of its kind, Which may be economica11y con structed, and succesSfully and conveniently eIn ployed for the p 1poSeS and in the Inanner herein set forth.
