Be it known that I, WILLIAM H. WIESTER, of the city and cou nty cf San Francisco, and State cf California, hzwe inventedan Improved Oabinct KZGIIGII-Tztbl; and I hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact descrintion thereof.
My invention relates to an improved apparatus to be nsed in conjnnction with oil cool:- ing-stoves; and it consists cf a table coustrueted es hereina-fter described and claixned.

Ais the body of my table, Which is monnted upon legs B. Tl1is body consists of a box of sufficient dcpth to just inclose the stove or stoves which are to be employed in cooking. The top cf the table being calcnlated to be of the proper height, the bottom cf the receptacle will be cf such an eleva-tion that the stove will stand so a-s to bc convenient for use.
The bcdy of the table is separated by a partition, O, int0 two compartrnents, one cf whioh serves to contain the utensils which are 130 be used about the stove, while the other contains the stove itself'.
In freut 0t the stove-oompartment is a verticallysliding diaphragm, D, which forms one end 0f the talole when c1osed, bnt which may be removed when the tabletop has been drawn back, so es to leave the stove-compartment entirely open and nnimpeded for Work.
Beneath the table is Et drawer, I, With compartments, in which may be kept knives, forks, and spoons, table-linen, &c.

The Operation will then be as follows: When e n1eal is I0 be prepared the table top 0r extcnsion is drawn ont tll(I set es a dining-table. 'lhe diztphragm D is removed, and the stove is then ready to be lighted for use. All t-he ntensils are contained in the rear compart1nent 2tnd within convenient mach, ready fo1 use. Afterthe meal has been prepared ti1e articles ma-y be placed upon the table for consn'mption without nnnecessary steps, und wnen finished the utensils n12ty be cleansed and returned to their compartment, t]i1e fi1e in the stove extinguishcd, the diaphrztgm D replacerl, and the table-top pushed back 130 its place, when the whole will beinclosed and ont of the way. The whole forms a convenient combination for femily nse.
