Definitions

  • the present disclosure relates to the technical field of floor cleaning devices, and in particular to a brushroll, a floor brush, and a floor cleaning device.
  • the floor brush generally includes an outer housing and a brushroll arranged in the outer housing.
  • the brushroll can rotate on its axis to collect rubbish such as dust, paper scraps, and hair, and then, the rubbish are collected under a negative pressure, so that the floor cleaning effect is achieved.
  • rubbish such as dust, paper scraps, and hair
  • the brushroll has a lower cleaning efficiency when cleaning the floor and the entangled hair needs to be removed manually and regularly thus causing an inconvenience during use.
  • An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a brushroll, a floor brush, and a floor cleaning device, to solve the above technical problem.
  • the present disclosure provides a brushroll, including a rolling body and a plurality of brush strip sets, where the plurality of brush strip sets extend along an axial direction of the rolling body and are arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction of the rolling body;
  • the brush strip set includes a first brush strip and a second brush strip; both the first brush strip and the second brush strip are protruded from an outer surface of the rolling body, and are continuous along the axial direction of the rolling body; and a circumferential spacing between the first brush strip and the second brush strip in a same one of the brush strip sets is less than a circumferential spacing between two adjacent ones of the brush strip sets.
  • the present disclosure provides a floor brush, including an outer housing, the brushroll and a scraping strip, where the outer housing is provided with an accommodating cavity and a suction channel mouth communicating with the accommodating cavity; the brushroll is provided in the accommodating cavity and is configured to rotate; the scraping strip is fixed between the brushroll and the suction channel mouth; and at least one of the first brush strip and the second brush strip can be cooperated with the scraping strip under rotation of the rolling body to separate entangled hair through the scraping strip.
  • the present disclosure provides a floor cleaning device, including a body and the floor brush, where the floor brush is provided on the body.
  • the embodiment of the present disclosure has at least the following beneficial effects.
  • the floor brush and the floor cleaning device when the rolling body rotates along a direction, the first brush strip rolls up hair.
  • the hair can be supported on the first brush strip and captured by the adjacent second brush strip. Since a circumferential spacing between the first brush strip and the second brush strip in a same brush strip set is less than a circumferential spacing between two adjacent brush strip sets, the two adjacent brush strip sets are not too close to cause the large supporting area and capturing force of the hair and the entanglement of the hair. This can be understood as that an area for suspending the rolled hair can be enlarged by increasing the circumferential spacing between the two adjacent brush strip sets.
  • the hair can be separated from the brush strip sets effectively and more easily when sucked by a negative pressure. Additionally, since the first brush strip and the second brush strip are continuous along the axial direction of the rolling body, the hair cannot be embedded into roots of the first brush strip and the second brush strip. This reduces a resistance when the hair is sucked by the negative pressure, and lowers a risk of entanglement of the hair.
