  • the connecting plates 43 and the pipes 42 may be connected with each other by the connection methods such as welding or threaded connection.
  • the connecting plates 43 and the pipes 42 are integrally formed, with reliable connection and high strength.
  • the return part 40 further comprises a bottom shell 45 , the bottom shell 45 is fixed on the base 30 , and the bottom shell 45 is provided with a plurality of slots in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of strip springs 41 .
  • the number of strip springs 41 may be two, six or eight or the like.
  • the number of strip springs 41 is four, wherein each two strip springs 41 form a pair, and the ends of the two strip springs 41 in each pair are connected with each other, that is, one end of one strip spring 41 in one pair of strip springs is connected to the corresponding end of the other strip spring 41 , which can make the return part 40 more stable and reliable.
  • four strip springs 41 are provided, on the one hand, the pedestal 12 can be stably returned to the initial position, and on the other hand, it can avoid the complicated structure caused by excessive provision.
  • the return detection element 50 may be embodied as a position switch (also may be a limit switch, a travel switch or a proximity switch), and when the rotating shaft 13 returns to the initial position, the position switch is triggered, and the position switch sends a signal to the electric control clutch part 20 .

  • the return detection element 50 is an angle sensor, and the angle sensor is used to detect the angle of the rotating shaft 13 .
  • the angle sensor may communicate with the controller of the entire bicycle, the angle sensor can detect each rotation angle of the rotating shaft 13 , and can transmit the rotation angles of the rotating shaft 13 to the controller, the controller communicates with other terminals, so that the rotation angle can be displayed and the user can intuitively understand the rotation angle of the handle 11 .
  • the angle sensor comprises a magnet 51 , a magnet fixing shell 52 , a HALL angle chip (HALL chip) 53 and an angle chip fixing shell 54 ; and the magnet 51 is coaxially fixed in the magnet fixing shell 52 , the HALL angle chip 53 is fixed in the angle chip fixing shell 54 ; the magnet fixing shell 52 is coaxially fixed with the rotating shaft 13 , and the angle chip fixing shell 54 is connected with the base 30 .
  • the magnet fixing shell 52 is coaxially fixed with the rotating shaft 13

  • the HALL angle chip 53 detects the angle of the magnet 51 , that is, detects the angle of rotating shaft 13 .
  • the structural forms of the electric control clutch part 20 may be various, for example: the electric control clutch part 20 comprises a rotating disc, a sliding disc and a telescopic structure, wherein the rotating disc is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 13 and fixed with the rotating shaft 13 relatively, the sliding disc is sleeved over the rotating shaft 13 , and the sliding disc can slide in the length direction of the rotating shaft 13 , the fixed part of the telescopic structure is fixedly connected with the base 30 , and the movable part of the telescopic structure is connected with the sliding disc in a driving manner; the plate surface of the rotating disc facing the sliding disc is provided with a plurality of upper meshing teeth, and the upper meshing teeth are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotating disk.
  • the plate surface of the sliding disk facing the rotating disk is provided with a plurality of lower meshing teeth matched with the upper meshing teeth; and the telescopic structure can drive the sliding disk to move closer to the rotating disk, so as to achieve that the lower meshing teeth engages with the upper meshing teeth, thereby preventing the self-rotation of the rotating disk, and then preventing the self-rotation of the rotating shaft 13 , and the telescopic structure can also drive the sliding disk to move away from the rotating disk, so as to achieve that the lower meshing teeth are separated from the upper meshing teeth, the rotating disk can rotate, and then the rotating shaft 13 can rotate.
  • the telescopic structure may be an electric telescopic rod or a lead screw mechanism.
  • the electric control clutch part is an electromagnetic clutch;
  • the electromagnetic clutch comprises a clutch moving part 21 , a clutch fixing part 22 and a clutch fixing shell 23 ; wherein the clutch moving part 21 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 13 , the clutch fixing part 22 is fixedly connected to the clutch fixing shell 23 , the base 30 is fixedly connected to the clutch fixing shell 23 , the clutch fixing shell 23 is used to be fixedly connected with a bicycle frame; the clutch fixing shell 23 is provided with a through hole, and the angle chip fixing shell 54 is fixed on the clutch fixing shell 23 , and the magnet 51 is, at the through hole, provided to be opposite to the HALL angle chip 53 , face to face, this structure makes the structure of the handlebar device compact.
  • the electromagnetic clutch when the electromagnetic clutch is energized, the clutch fixing part 22 sucks and locks the clutch moving part 21 , thereby making the rotating shaft 13 fixed relative to the base 30 , the electromagnetic clutch can be used to realize that the rotating shaft 13 can be fixed no matter which angle the rotating shaft 13 rotates to, enabling more convenient use.
  • the clutch fixing shell 23 is fixedly connected with the bicycle frame, and the base 30 is fixedly connected to the clutch fixing shell 23 .
  • the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an exercise bike, comprising the handlebar device of any one of the above-mentioned technical solutions, and therefore, it has all the beneficial technical effects of the handlebar device, which are not repeated herein.
  • the exercise bike also comprises the bicycle frame, wherein the base 30 is connected with the bicycle frame.
