Abstract
The invention relates to handguns and is the firearm has the shorter length compared to systems in which the magazine is located in front of the trigger guard. Besides, the proposed firearm has the ability to quickly disassemble into the main components, which significantly reduces the dimensions of the firearm in the transport position. In addition, the magazine is also protected from loss when moving with the assembled firearm.
These results are achieved by the fact that the magazine of the firearm is located above the trigger guard, while access to the magazine is carried out only when the firearm is opened by turning the upper part of the receiver relative to its lower part. At the same time, the upper part of the receiver can be easily detached from its lower part to reduce the dimensions of the firearm during transportation.
Description
- The invention relates to the field of guns technology and can be used in firearms with the fed of the cartridges from the magazine, mainly hunting and sporting.
- Known designs of firearms, where to reduce the length of the firearm the magazine is located above the trigger guard, for example U.S. Pat. No. 3,509,654A, DE19538425A1, U.S. Pat. No. 7,963,062B1. However, these systems have the complex design and do not provide the convenient loading.
- Also known is the firearm U.S. Pat. No. 1,077,103A, which can be quickly disassembled into two main parts, which facilitates transportation. The disadvantage of this design is that the magazine is located in front of the trigger guard, which does not allow to reduce the length of the firearm in the assembled position.
- The present invention solves the following tasks:
-
- reduction the length of the firearm in the working position;
- ensuring the convenience of disassembling the firearm for transportation and assembly back;
- ensuring the protection of the magazine from the loss when moving with the firearm is brought into working position;
- providing acceptable convenience when changing the magazine.
- To achieve these results, the magazine in the proposed firearms is located above the trigger guard, while access to the magazine is provided after turning the upper part of the receiver relative to its lower part, and the upper part of the receiver itself has the ability to separate from the lower part of the receiver.
- The essence of the invention is illustrated by sketches, where:
- in
FIG. 1 —shows the appearance of the firearm and the diagram of installing the magazine in the firearm; - in
FIG. 2 —shows the process of placing the magazine in the firearm, the local rupture; - in
FIG. 3 —the firearm is shown in the open position, the local rupture; - in
FIG. 4 —shows the local rupture A (the magazine is missing) and the local rupture B (the magazine is installed), demonstrating the position of the magazine above the trigger guard; - in
FIG. 5 —shows the appearance of the firearm, section K-K, views A (the magazine is missing) and B (the magazine is installed), demonstrating the variant when the magazine is located eccentrically in the transverse direction; - in
FIG. 6 —shows the variants of the location of the trigger mechanism, views A, B; - in
FIG. 7 —shows the variants of the location of the magazine, views A,B; inFIG. 8 —shows the process of the disassembling the firearm for the transportation. - The firearm (
FIG. 1 ), containing thebarrel 1, the upper part of the receiver 3.1, the lower part of the receiver 3.2, the buttstock 6, the hinge 3.10 (FIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 ,FIG. 3 ,FIG. 4 ), allowing the upper part 3.1 rotate relative to the lower 3.2. - The upper part of the receiver 3.1 (
FIG. 2 ,FIG. 3 ,FIG. 4 ,FIG. 5 ) contains the cutout 3.11, the lower part 3.2 contains the cutout 3.21. When parts 3.1 and 3.2 are combined, cutouts 3.11 and 3.21 form the space (FIG. 4 , view A;FIG. 5 , view A), in which magazine 4 is placed (FIG. 4 , view B) with cartridges 7, while magazine 4 located above the trigger guard 3.22. - Access to the magazine 4 (
FIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 ) is carried out after turning the upper part of the receiver 3.1 on the hinge 3.10 relative to the lower part of the receiver 3.2. - The variant of the proposed firearm (
FIG. 5 ), when the magazine 4 (FIG. 5 , view B) is located eccentrically relative to the vertical longitudinal plane Y passing through the longitudinal axis 1.1 of thebarrel 1. - The variant (
FIG. 6 , view A), when the trigger mechanism with the trigger 3.4 is rigidly fixed on the top of the receiver 3.1 and turns together with it on the hinge 3.10. To protect the trigger mechanism with the trigger 3.4, used the guard 3.41. - The variant (
FIG. 6 , view B), when the trigger mechanism with the trigger 3.5 is rigidly fixed on the lower part of the receiver 3.2 and remains on it when the upper part of the receiver 3.1 is rotating. - The variant (
FIG. 7 , view A), when turning the upper part of the receiver 3.1 on the hinge 3.10, the magazine 4 remains in the lower part 3.2. - The variant (
FIG. 7 , view B), when turning the upper part of the receiver 3.1 on the hinge 3.10, themagazine 5 remains on the upper part 3.1. - The scheme (
FIG. 8 ) of the process of disassembling the firearm for transfer to the transport position, where: - view 1—the appearance of the firearm;
- view 2—the position when the firearm is open;
- view 3—separation of the upper part and the magazine from the lower part;
- view 4—position for transportation and storage.
