Abstract

SUBSTANCE: firearm comprises a barrel, a barrel receiver, a trigger guard, a trigger mechanism with a trigger, a butt, a magazine, and a hinge. Barrel receiver consists of upper and lower parts connected by hinge. Magazine and the trigger mechanism with a trigger can be installed both in the upper and lower part of the barrel receiver. Magazine is located eccentrically relative to the vertical longitudinal plane passing along the barrel axis.

EFFECT: shorter time for disassembling the main units, reduced dimensions of the weapon in transport and working positions, ensuring preservation of the magazine against loss.

Technical field

The invention relates to the field of weapons technology and can be used in firearms with the supply of cartridges from a store, mainly hunting and sports.

State of the art

Known designs of firearms, where to reduce the length of the weapon, the store is located above the trigger guard, for example, US 3S09654 A, DE 19538425 A1, US 7963062 B1. However, these systems have a complex structure and do not provide convenient loading.

Also known is the US 1077103 A firearm, which can be quickly disassembled into two main parts, which facilitates transportation. The disadvantage of this design is that the store is located in front of the trigger guard, which does not allow to reduce the length of the weapon in the assembled state.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention solves the following problems:

- reduction of the length of the weapon in the working position;

- ensuring the convenience of disassembling weapons for transportation and assembly back;

- ensuring the protection of the store from loss when moving with weapons brought into working condition;

- ensuring acceptable convenience when changing the store.

To achieve these results, the store in the proposed firearm is located above the trigger guard, while access to the store is provided after turning the upper part of the receiver relative to its lower part, and the upper part of the receiver has the ability to separate from the lower part of the receiver.

The best embodiment of the invention

Firearms (Fig. 1), containing the barrel 1, the upper part of the receiver 3.1, the lower part of the receiver 3.2, butt 6, hinge 3.10 (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4), allowing the upper part 3.1 rotate relative to the lower part 3.2.

The upper part of the receiver 3.1 (Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5) contains a cutout 3.11, the lower part 3.2 contains a cutout 3.21. When combining parts 3.1 and 3.2, cutouts 3.11 and 3.21 form a space (Fig. 4, view A; Fig. 5, view A), in which the magazine 4 (Fig. 4, view B) is placed with cartridges 7, while the magazine 4 located above the trigger guard 3.22.

Access to the store 4 (Fig. 1, Fig. 2) is carried out after turning the upper part of the receiver 3.1 on the hinge 3.10 relative to the lower part of the receiver 3.2.

A variant of the proposed firearms (Fig. 5), when the magazine 4 (Fig. 5, view B) is eccentric relative to the vertical longitudinal plane Y passing through the longitudinal axis 1.1 of the barrel 1.

Option (Fig. 6, view A), when the trigger with the trigger 3.4 is rigidly fixed to the upper part of the receiver 3.1 and rotates with it on the hinge 3.10. To protect the trigger with the trigger 3.4, a bracket 3.41 is used.

Option (Fig. 6, view B), when the trigger with the trigger 3.5 is rigidly mounted on the lower part of the receiver 3.2 and remains on it when the upper part of the receiver 3.1 is rotated.

Option (Fig. 7, view A), when turning the upper part of the receiver 3.1 on the hinge 3.10, the magazine 4 remains in the lower part 3.2.

Option (Fig. 7, view B), when turning the upper part of the receiver 3.1 on the hinge 3.10, the magazine 5 remains on the upper part 3.1.

Scheme (Fig. 8) of the process of disassembling firearms for transfer to a transport position, where:

A firearm containing a barrel, a receiver consisting of an upper part, in which a barrel is installed, a lower part with a trigger guard, a butt mounted on the lower part of the receiver, a trigger with a trigger, a magazine, a hinge combining the upper and lower parts of the receiver and ensuring their mutual rotation, characterized in that the receiver assembly contains an internal space formed by cutouts in its upper and lower parts, while the store located in this space , is located above the trigger guard. 2.
