Abstract

EFFECT: allows to improve operational characteristics of fire-arms.

Description

The invention relates to the field of firearms, in particular to carbines and hunting rifles.

The well-known hunting carbine "Sable" (see M.E. Dragunov and others. "Sports weapons. Izhevsk weapons", Izhevsk, Publishing House "Udmurt University", 2002, volume 2, p.143), for the production of incomplete disassembly of which is necessary remove the optical sight (if it was installed), separate the magazine, turn off the fuse, remove the locking mechanism, separate the bracket from the box, unscrew the connecting screws and separate the barrel with the receiver neck of the magazine and the trigger from the box.

It is known self-loading hunting rifle MP-153 (see passport "Self-loading hunting rifle MP-153", State Unitary Enterprise "Izhevsk Mechanical Plant", 2001, p.13), taken as a prototype. A well-known firearm contains a barrel, a receiver with a bolt group, forend, trigger mechanism (trigger) and butt. To produce incomplete disassembly of this gun, it is necessary to unscrew the barrel nut, remove the forend, move the bolt back and separate the barrel from the receiver, remove the trigger, the reload handle and the bolt group.

The disadvantages of the known firearms (hunting carbine "Sable" and self-loading hunting rifles MP-153) are insufficiently high performance characteristics, which are due to the difficulty of incomplete disassembly and assembly of weapons. A large number of components and parts into which the weapon is divided during incomplete disassembly increases the inconvenience of its transportation and storage, and also complicates the cleaning and lubrication of weapons, requiring special skills and special tools for their production.

The objective of the claimed invention is to improve the operational characteristics of firearms.

The problem is solved due to the fact that a firearm containing a barrel with a clutch, a receiver with a bolt group, forend, trigger mechanism and butt, is additionally equipped with a slider mounted on the barrel, and a coupling screw, and on the coupling and shock the trigger mechanism made mating bearing surfaces, while the barrel with the clutch, the receiver with the bolt group and the forend form the first assembly unit, and the trigger mechanism and the butt form the second assembly unit connected to the first unit-term tensioning screw mounted in the butt of the slider and in a hole.

The use of the claimed invention simplifies the production of incomplete disassembly and assembly. The maintenance of the weapon is simplified, since its cleaning and lubrication do not require special skills and tools. In addition, a carbine, consisting of two parts (two assembly units), requires less space during transportation and storage, and since all parts are assembled, the likelihood of their loss is reduced. Therefore, the claimed invention improves the operational characteristics of firearms.

The claimed device comprises a barrel assembled in one assembly unit 1 (figure 1) with a barrel clutch 2 (figure 2), a receiver 3 with a bolt group 4 and with a slider 5 and a forearm 6, as well as a trigger trigger assembly into a second assembly unit the mechanism 7 (figure 3) and the butt 8. In this case, the support surface 9 is made on the trigger 7 and the sleeve 2 (figure 2) of the barrel has a support surface 10. Both assembly units are fastened together by a clamping screw 11 (figure 1), placed in the butt 8 and in the hole 12 (figure 2) of the slider 5.

In order to assemble the carabiner, it is necessary to install the clamping screw 11 in the butt 8 and then screw the screw 11 into the hole 12 of the slider 8. In this case, the supporting surface 9 of the trigger 7 is pressed against the supporting surface 10 of the sleeve 2 of the barrel 1. The carbine is assembled.

In order to disassemble the carabiner incompletely, it is necessary to unscrew the clamping screw 11 and separate one assembly unit (receiver group) from the second (butt). Incomplete disassembly done.
