Thefirst housing 101 and thesecond housing 102 are respectively integrally formed. - In summary, the cleaning
storage seat 10 provided in this embodiment solves the problems that the existing cleaning appliance cannot be dried in time after use, and the brush head is prone to mold and smelly, and the charging and drying functions are integrated on the cleaning storage seat, which realizes convenient operation. After using the cleaningappliance 88, place the cleaningappliance 88 directly on thecleaning storage seat 10 and start the corresponding switch to achieve automatic charging, drying and other operations without human intervention. For example, referring toFIG. 16 , the cleaningappliance 88 is placed in thecleaning storage seat 10 to directly activate the switch assembly, so that thecontrol motherboard 300 receives the access signal from the switch assembly that corresponds to the cleaningappliance 88. Then, the operating status information of the cleaningappliance 88 is determined according to the access signal, and then the drying control signal is output according to the operating status information to start theair drying device 200 and theheating element 203 to dry the cleaningbrush head 20. The above drying control signal can be a PWM control signal. The PWM control signal has strong noise resistance in signal transmission and can ensure the stability of signal transmission. Before the drying control signal is output according to the operating status information to dry the cleaningbrush head 20, it can also be checked whether the input voltage is within the preset voltage range. If it is in the preset voltage range, it will judge the operating status information of the cleaningappliance 88 according to the access signal and output the drying control signal for drying processing. Otherwise, it will provide a voltage warning signal to indicate that the input voltage is abnormal, or directly use thecontrol motherboard 300 to cut off the input voltage to prevent excessive input voltage from damaging the cleaningappliance 88,air drying device 200 andheating element 203. - Furthermore, the drying control device of the roller brush also comprises a current sampling module. The output terminal of the current sampling module is connected to the input terminal of the main control module. The current sampling module is used to obtain the drying working current when the drying device performs the drying process on the roller brush and then transmit it to the main control module. The main control module judges whether the current value is within the preset current range according to the information of the received drying working current. When the drying working current is too large, stop outputting the drying control signal to stop the drying treatment of the roller brush by the drying device, effectively preventing the burning of the device caused by the excessive drying working current.
- It is worth mentioning that, please refer to
FIG. 17 , the cleaningappliance 88 is placed in thecleaning storage seat 10, In addition to the self-cleaning and drying function, when charging the cleaningappliance 88 and thebackup battery 501, thecontrol motherboard 300 can output a first charging control signal to charge the cleaningappliance 88 with the input voltage. Until the cleaningappliance 88 is fully charged, you can optionally output a second charging control signal to make the input voltage charge thebackup battery 501. When the input voltage is cut off, thebackup battery 501 can output the backup voltage as the input voltage to ensure the reliability of the power supply. - Embodiment 2: With reference to

After the self-cleaning mode is over, the circuit is turned on again, and the input voltage of the external power supply continues to charge the whole machine. - The
control motherboard 300 also comprises a timing module (not shown), which is connected to theair drying device 200 to calculate the working time of theair drying device 200. For example, when the cleaningappliance 88 is placed on thecleaning storage seat 10 and theair drying device 200 is activated, the timing module automatically starts and calculates the working time of theair drying device 200. When the working time reaches the preset value, the timing module sends a corresponding signal to thecontrol motherboard 300, and thecontrol motherboard 300 controls theair drying device 200 to stop working. The timing module starts when theair drying device 200 is turned on, and shuts down when theair drying device 200 is turned off, and clears its timing data. That is, when the cleaningappliance 88 is removed from the cleaningstorage seat 10 or the self-cleaning mode is turned on, theair drying device 200 will stop working, and the timing module will stop timing and clear the timing data. - The
control motherboard 300 also comprises a detection module (not shown). The detection module is used to detect whether the device connected to the charging stand is fully charged, that is, prioritize whether there is a device to be charged on the charging stand. If there is a device to be charged on the charging stand, check whether the device to be charged is fully charged. If the device is fully charged, switch the circuit to thebattery charger 500 so that the external power source charges thebackup battery 501 on thebattery charger 500. - In summary, the self-cleaning and drying cleaning device provided by the present invention can realize the functions of automatically cleaning the brush head, automatic dehydration, and sewage recovery, and can also be placed in the cleaning storage seat for air-drying or charging operations. It is suitable for most places, greatly reducing the workload of people's related labor, and its convenient use and intelligent operation are suitable for most people.
