Description
- The disclosure relates to the technical field of fabric, in particular to color-changing fabric capable of transmitting patterns and characters.
- Color-changing fabric has been available in the market in recent years. Such fabric which displays different colors on different visual sides is woven with yarns of different raw materials or different colors by common guide bars.
- In the implementation process of the disclosure, the prior art is found to have the following problem: the color-changing fabric made with the existing technologies can display only one color on one side or display simply repeated small patterns, and fails to display irregular complicated patterns or design.
- Therefore, color-changing fabric capable of transmitting patterns and characters is required to solve the technical problem of failing to form irregular complicated patterns or design in prior art.
- To achieve the above objective, color-changing fabric capable of transmitting patterns and characters is provided, including a surface layer of cloth, a bottom layer of cloth and a middle layer which connects the surface layer of cloth and the bottom layer of cloth;
- wherein the surface layer of cloth is stripe or mesh cloth, the middle layer is formed with Jacquard patterns or characters, the bottom layer of cloth is mesh, stripe or plain weave cloth;
- wherein on one side of the middle layer, the color of yarns of all jacquard patterns or characters is defined as a first color, then the color of other yarns is defined as a second color; wherein on the other side of the middle layer, the color of the yarns of all jacquard patterns or characters is defined as the second color, then the color of other yarns is defined as the first color.
- As a preferred structure of the present invention, the color of the yarns of the surface layer of cloth is defined as a third color, and the color of the yarns of the bottom layer of cloth is defined as a fourth color.
- As a preferred structure of the present invention, the third color is the same as the first color, or the second color; the fourth color is the same as the first color or the second color, and the first color is different from the second color.
- As a preferred structure of the present invention, the surface layer of cloth is stripe cloth, and the bottom layer of cloth is mesh cloth.
- Distinguished from the prior art, the above technical solution enables formation of the color-changing fabric which transmits different patterns or characters at different angles. The color of the yarns on one side or the other side of the middle layer can be seen via the stripe or mesh surface cloth, and viewed from the same side, the color of the yarns of the jacquard patterns is different from the colors of other yarns. By weaving fabric with yarns of different colors and highlighting the jacquard patterns or characters of the middle layer, the patterns or characters are different when viewed at different angles. Along with the transition of the view angle, the color of the mesh fabric changes, and at the same time, the fabric shows irregular complicated patterns or images as the information received by human eyes changes.
- To achieve the above objective, color-changing fabric capable of transmitting patterns and characters is provided, including a surface layer of cloth, a bottom layer of cloth and a middle layer which connects the surface layer of cloth and the bottom layer of cloth;
- wherein the surface layer of cloth is stripe or mesh cloth, the middle layer is formed with Jacquard patterns or characters, the bottom layer of cloth is mesh, stripe or plain weave cloth;
- wherein on one side of the middle layer, the color of the yarns is defined as a first color; wherein one the other side of the middle layer, the color of the yarns of the jacquard patterns or characters is defined as the first color, and the color of other yarns is defined as a second color.
- As a preferred structure of the present invention, the color of the yarns of the surface layer of cloth is defined as a third color, and the color of the yarns of the bottom layer of cloth is defined as a fourth color.

In this embodiment, color-changing fabric capable of transmitting patterns and characters is provided, including a surface layer ofcloth 10, a bottom layer ofcloth 30 and amiddle layer 20 which connects the surface layer of cloth and the bottom layer of cloth; wherein the surface layer of cloth is of a stripe or mesh structure, the middle layer is woven with jacquard patterns orcharacters 21, the bottom layer of cloth is mesh, stripe or plain weave cloth; wherein on one side of the middle layer, the color of yarns of all jacquard patterns or characters is defined as a first color, then the color of other yarns is defined as a second color; wherein on the other side of the middle layer, the color of the yarns of all jacquard patterns or characters is defined as the second color, then the color of other yarns is defined as the first color. - In this embodiment, the jacquard pattern is a √-shaped pattern; the surface layer of cloth is stripe cloth; the bottom layer of cloth is mesh cloth; the first color is red, and the second color is white. The middle jacquard pattern is a red √-shaped pattern at the white background when viewed from the left side, and a white √-shaped pattern at the red background when viewed from the right side. Here, the formed jacquard pattern may be √-shaped, X-shaped, 0-shaped, any polygonal or other complicated patterns, as long as the pattern can be dimensionally weaved, or various written languages such as Chinese characters, English words, Russian words, Italian words, etc. Various demands on patterns and characters in fabric in the market can be satisfied by changing the process of looms.
- As shown in
FIG. 3 , the middle layer with one side in the first color and the other side in the second color connects the surface layer of cloth and the bottom layer of cloth. Viewed at the different angle, the color of the yarns of the middle layer is different. - Further, in this embodiment, the color of the yarns of the surface layer of cloth is defined as a third color, and the color of the yarns of the bottom layer of cloth is defined as a fourth color.
- The third color is the same as the first color, or the second color; the fourth color is the same as the first color or the second color, and the first color is different from the second color.
- In this embodiment, the third color is black, and the fourth color is white. All the above-mentioned colors are obtained by changing the color of the yarns. The use of yarns at each needle bed is unlimited, which means that yarns of different sizes and different raw materials can be used.

FIG. 4 andFIG. 5 , the color of yarns on one side of the middle layer is defined as a first color, the color of the yarns of the other side of the middle layer at the jacquard patterns or characters is defined as a second color, the color of the yarns on the other side of is defined as the second color. Viewed fromFIG. 5 , the color of the jacquard patterns of the middle layer is the same as the color of other yarns of the middle layer, but the jacquard patterns are unclear; viewed fromFIG. 4 , the color of the jacquard patterns of the middle layer is different from the color of other yarns of the middle layer, but the jacquard patterns are clear. - In this embodiment, the jacquard pattern is a √-shaped pattern; the surface layer of cloth is stripe cloth; the bottom layer of cloth is mesh cloth; the first color is red, and the second color is white. The middle jacquard pattern is a red √-shaped pattern at the white background when viewed from the left side, and a white √-shaped pattern at the red background when viewed from the right side. Here, the formed jacquard pattern may be √-shaped, X-shaped, 0-shaped, any polygonal or other complicated patterns, as long as the pattern can be dimensionally weaved, or various written languages such as Chinese characters, English words, Russian words, Italian words, etc. Various demands on patterns and characters in fabric in the market can be satisfied by changing the process of looms.

- The color-changing fabric capable of transmitting patterns and characters disclosed in this embodiment is distinguished from the color-changing fabric in embodiment 5 in that the surface layer of cloth is of a mesh structure. Only when the surface layer of cloth is stripe or mesh cloth, can the color of yarns of the middle layer be seen via the surface layer of cloth. In such case, the color of the yarns of the middle layer is not covered.
- The color-changing fabric capable of transmitting patterns and characters disclosed in this embodiment is distinguished from the color-changing fabric in embodiment 5 in that the bottom surface is of a stripe structure.
- The color-changing fabric capable of transmitting patterns and characters disclosed in this embodiment is distinguished from the color-changing fabric in embodiment 5 in that the bottom layer of cloth is of a plain weave structure, the bottom layer of cloth is not limited to mesh, stripe and plain weave structures, and can be other structures.
- Distinguished from the prior art, this embodiment enables formation of the color-changing fabric which transmits different patterns or characters at different angles. The color of the yarns on one side or the other side of the middle layer can be seen via the stripe or mesh surface cloth, wherein the color of the yarns of the jacquard patterns or characters is the same as the color of other yarns when viewed from one side, but is different from the colors of other yarns of the jacquard patterns or characters when viewed from the other side. By weaving fabric with yarns of different colors and highlighting the jacquard patterns or characters of the middle layer, the patterns or characters are different when viewed at different angles. Along with the transition of view angle, the color of the mesh fabric changes, and at the same time, the information received by human eyes also changes.
- It should be noted that in this text the relational terms such as “first” and “second” are merely used to distinguish one entity or operation from another entity or operation, and not necessarily require or hint that those entities or operations have any such actual relationship or are in such actual sequence. Moreover, the terms “including”, “comprising”, or any other variants are used to cover non-exclusive inclusion, so that processes, methods, articles or terminal devices, each of which includes a series of factors, include not only those factors but also other unlisted factors, or also include other inherent factors of such processes, methods, articles or terminal devices. Besides, in this text, terms such as “greater”, “smaller”, “exceed” should be understood to exclude the listed number; and terms such as “above”, “below” and “within” should be understood to include the listed number.
- Despite detailed description of the above embodiment, those skilled in the art can make other changes or modifications to the above embodiment by using the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, the above-mentioned embodiment is a part of the embodiment of the disclosure, and shall not be understood to limit the patent protective scope of the disclosure. All equivalent structures or equivalent process variations made on the basis of the description and attached drawings of the disclosure or direct or indirect application thereof to other relevant technical fields shall fall within the protective scope of the present disclosure.
