  • a protective fabric 20 which has a width W 2 of lower end 20 b of the protection fabric 20 is relatively wider than a width W 1 of an upper end 20 a of the protection fabric 20 , if the sewing 21 treatment on the inner surface of the panties body 10 , the lower end portion 20 b of the protective fabric 20 is able to naturally form the scrotum insertion space 40 having a shape as shown in FIG. 2 as a result of having a margin of fabric due to its wide width.
