- As shown in
FIGS. 1, 2, and 3 , the embodiment provides a granular cigarette, comprising atobacco tube 2 encapsulated withtobacco particles 1, wherein one end of thetobacco tube 2 is provided with afiltering component 3 and the other end thereof is provided with asealing component 4 for preventingtobacco particles 1 from leaking out; thetobacco particles 1 are arranged between thefiltering component 3 and thesealing component 4. - In the embodiment, the particle size of
tobacco particles 1 is greater than 0.3 mm. - In the embodiment, the
tobacco tube 2 adopts an integrated paper tube; in addition, thetobacco tube 2 can also be prepared by tobacco leaves, and the preparation process may be winding, molding, and the like. - The
filtering component 3 has the following basic functions: filtering and blockingtobacco particles 1 so that the smoke can pass through when the granular cigarette is heated, but thetobacco particles 1 will not fall out. In order to further improve the filtering effect, a filtering sheet may be further arranged between thefiltering component 3 and thetobacco particles 1. - As shown in
FIGS. 3 and 4 , thefiltering component 3 is a filtering silica gel strip, and the filtering silica gel strip is provided with at least one filtering air channel. On the basis of the basic filtering function of thefiltering component 3, the filtering silica gel strip further has the functions of cooling and condensing, which can reduce the smoke temperature and condense harmful substances such as tar, and has the advantages of good heat resistance and low price without odor when being heated. There is no doubt that the filtering air channel should be sized so that it cannot pass through thetobacco particles 1. - In the embodiment, the length of the

tobacco particles 1, in order to overcome the above problems, a layer of tobacco particles is provided on the surface of the glue film in the embodiment. The preparation method thereof is as follows: after applying or spraying a layer of tobacco glue (food-grade glue) on thetobacco particles 1, spreading a layer of tobacco particles on the surface, and the tobacco particles can be bonded to the wet glue film to form a layer of tobacco particles, so that it cannot only prevent thetobacco particles 1 from falling, but also has basically the same appearance and feel as ordinary tobacco particles. - The preparation steps of the granular cigarette in the embodiment are as follows: 1) inserting the
filtering component 3 into one end of thetobacco tube 2; 2) filling thetobacco particles 1; 3) preparing the glue film and the layer of tobacco particles thereof; 4) drying. - The embodiment is basically the same as

filtering component 3 into one end of thetobacco tube 2; 2) filling thetobacco particles 1; 3) sealing the tobacco sheet. - The embodiment is basically the same as
Embodiment 1, and the main differences are as follows: - 1. the structure of the
tobacco tube 2 is different; as shown inFIGS. 10, 11, and 12 , thetobacco tube 2 in the embodiment comprises a first tube body 21 and asecond tube body 22 that are connected; thefiltering component 3 is inserted into the first tube body 21; one end of thesecond tube body 22 is formed into a barrel structure by providing thesealing component 4; thesecond tube body 22 is provided with a barrel-shapedbody 23 for plug-in connection, and the bottom of the barrel-shapedbody 23 is provided withvent holes 231; thetobacco particles 1 are arranged in a capsule inner cavity formed by plugging both thesecond tube body 22 and the barrel-shapedbody 23. The capsule structure can be formed by inserting both thesecond tube body 22 and the barrel-shapedbody 23, and the filing of thetobacco particles 1 can be realized by the capsule inner cavity, which can effectively solve the problem that thetobacco particles 1 easily fall out during the production process. In the embodiment, both thesecond tube body 22 and the barrel-shapedbody 23 are made of mould pressing of tobacco particles, which makes the cigarette has the advantage of pure taste. - In the embodiment, one end of the
second tube body 22 is set with a thickness of 0.3 mm to facilitate piercing, and the inner diameter of thesecond tube body 22 is 7 mm; the outer diameter of the barrel-shapedbody 23 is 7 mm. - 2. The structure of the
filtering component 3 is different; thefiltering component 3 in the embodiment adopts a filter fiber of an ordinary cigarette (generally an acetate filter). - The preparation steps of the granular cigarette in the embodiment are as follows: 1) filling the barrel-shaped
body 23 withtobacco particles 1 and inserting it into thesecond tube body 22 to form a capsule structure; 2) compositely molding the capsule structure, thefiltering component 3, and the first tube body 21. - The above are only preferred embodiments of the invention, and the protection scope of the invention is not limited thereto; any technical solution falling under the idea of the invention shall fall within the protection scope of the invention. It should be noted that any improvement and modification made of those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the principles of the invention shall fall within the protection scope of the invention.
