  • a pair of brush consisting of a body, a brush part, a cover and a coupling part respectively are symmetrically coupled, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4 .
  • the first body 110 may be symmetrically coupled to the second body 210 through the first coupling part 140 and the second coupling part 240 , and the first body 110 and the second body 210 , as illustrated in FIG. 3 , may be separated so as to store the first brush part 120 and the second brush part 220 .
  • the first body 110 may have a hollow pipe shape. More specifically, the first body 110 may be configured to be a cylindrical pipe structure.
  • the first body 110 as illustrated in FIG. 2 , has a first stumbling protrusion 112 respectively formed at the upper and lower ends of the first body so as to maintain a position of the first cover 130 , and the first stumbling protrusion has a first cut part 114 respectively formed at both sides of the first stumbling protrusion so as to elastically move.
  • Detailed structures and functions of the first stumbling protrusion 112 and the first cut part 114 will be specifically described when a mechanism for the sliding of the first cover 130 is described.
  • the first brush part 120 is coupled to one end of the first body 110 and is configured to have a plurality of hairs. The user may put on powder etc. with the first brush part 120 .
  • a first brush part 120 with a cross sectional area corresponding to the diameter of the first body 110 is presented as an example.
  • a first brush part 120 with a cross sectional area smaller than the diameter of the first body 110 may be formed such that the user applies eye make-up on a local area such as eyes etc.
  • the first brush part 120 may be supported by a separate brush guide etc. so as to maintain the shape of the first brush part 120 .
  • the first cover 130 may have a first through hole 132 therein, and the first body 110 may be slidably accommodated inside the first through hole 132 .
  • the first through hole 132 may have a cylindrical structure so as to correspond to the shape of the first body 110 .
  • the first cover 130 is slidably coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the first body 110 . According to the movement of the first cover, the first cover, as illustrated in FIG. 2 , accommodates the first brush part 120 therein, or as illustrated in FIG. 1 , exposes the first brush part 120 .
  • a first protruding part 136 may be formed along the edge of the inner surface of the lower end of the first cover 130 , and a pair of first stumbling protrusions 112 , as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3 , may be respectively formed at a position corresponding to the first protruding part 136 —i.e. on the path of the movement of the first protruding part 136 according to the sliding movement of the first cover 130 —on the outer circumferential surfaces of both ends of the first body 110 .
  • the first protruding part 136 and the first stumbling protrusion 112 are respectively formed at the first cover 130 and the first body 110 , such that the first protruding parts 136 are respectively interlocked with a pair of first stumbling protrusions 112 while the first cover 130 slides. Accordingly, the sliding movement of the first cover 130 may be limited respectively at a position where the first cover accommodates the first brush part 120 therein as illustrated in FIG. 2 , and a position where the first cover exposes the first brush part 120 outwards as illustrated in FIG. 1 .
  • the first protruding part 136 of the end portion of the first cover 130 rides over and passes the first stumbling protrusion 112 of the outer circumferential surface of the upper end of the first body 110 , then stumbles over an edge part that is formed to protrude from the upper end of the first body 110 in a lateral direction and functions as a stopper, and may not move any more. Accordingly, the first protruding part 136 is caught between the first stumbling protrusion 112 and the edge part of the first body 110 such that the first cover 130 reliably stays at the upper end of the first body 110 .
  • an area, where the first stumbling protrusion 112 is formed out of the first body 110 is configured to be elastic, and if weight load exceeding a reference value is applied to the area, an elastic deformation occurs inside the first body 110 . Therefore, the first protruding part 136 may pass over the first stumbling protrusion 112 by means of weigh load over a certain level.
  • the elasticity of an area, where the first stumbling protrusion 112 is formed out of the first body 110 may be embodied through a deviation in the width at the first cut part 114 and the first body 110 .
  • the first cut part 114 may be respectively formed at both sides of the first stumbling protrusion 112 .
  • the first cut part 114 may be configured to penetrate the first body 110 . Accordingly, the first stumbling protrusion 112 interposed between the first cut parts 114 is elastically deformable in a direction of the inner side of the first body 110 in an effective way.
  • the width of an area, where the first stumbling protrusion 112 is formed out of the first body 110 may be configured to be smaller than that of the other area.
  • the width T 1 of the area where the first stumbling protrusion 112 is formed, as illustrated in FIG. 3 may be configured to be smaller than that the width T 2 of the other area. Accordingly, the area where the first stumbling protrusion 112 is formed is more elastic than the other area such that the first stumbling protrusion 112 is elastically deformable in an effective way.
  • the first cover 130 slides towards the lower side of the first body 110 and reaches the lower end of the first body 110 while exposing the first brush part 120 outwards, the first protruding part 136 of the end portion of the first cover 130 rides over and passes the first stumbling protrusion 112 of the outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the first body 110 , then stumbles over a first cap 142 that is coupled to the lower end of the first body 110 and functions as a stopper, and may not move any more. Accordingly, the first cover 130 reliably stays at the lower end of the first body 110 .
  • the first coupling part 140 may be installed at the other end of the first body 110 and detachably coupled to the second coupling part 240 such that the first body 110 is coupled to and separated from the second body 210 .
  • the first coupling part 140 may include the first cap 142 coupled to the other end of the first body 110 , and a first magnet 144 installed at the first cap 142 .
  • the first cap 142 partially covers the lower end of the first body 110 , and the edge part of the first cap is configured to protrude outwards so as to function as a stopper for limiting the downward movement of the first cover 130 .
  • the first magnet 144 is coupled to the inner side of the first cap 142 so as to be accommodated in the first body 110 .
  • magnetic force is used to easily couple and separate the first body 110 and the second body 210 .
  • the second body 210 may be positioned at the lower end of the first body 110 , and has the second coupling part 240 so as to be detachably coupled to the first body 110 through the coupling with and separating from the first coupling part 140 .
  • a pair of brushes symmetrically arranged may be re-coupled to each other in a different way after separated from each other.
  • first brush part 120 and the second brush part 220 are respectively accommodated in the first cover 130 and the second cover 230 , and the first cover 130 and the second cover 230 may be re-coupled in the state where the first body 110 and the second body 210 are separated. Accordingly, the first brush part 120 and the second brush part 220 are completely accommodated in the first through hole 132 and the second through hole 232 , and blocked from the external environment so as to be reliably stored.
  • one end of the first cover 130 may be inserted into and detachably coupled to one end of the second cover 230 . More specifically, one end of the first cover 130 forms a connecting groove 134 , and one end of the second cover 230 forms a connecting protrusion interlocked with the connecting groove 134 .
  • the connecting groove 134 extends along the outer circumferential surface of the upper end of the first cover 130 so as to have a hook shape, and a plurality of connecting protrusions 234 may be respectively arranged radially at the inner circumferential surface of the upper end of the second cover 230 at a regular interval.
