- The technical solutions of this application are described in detail below with reference to the specific accompanying drawings and embodiments.
- For ease of description, a
packaging box 2 and a cushioning pad 1 and asheet 4 that are disposed in thepackaging box 2 are together referred to as apackaging assembly 3. - Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 5 together, the cushioning pad 1 provided in an embodiment of this application is described. The cushioning pad 1 includes abody 11 and aprotrusion 12. Thebody 11 is disposed between twoadjacent sheets 4 and is used to isolate the twoadjacent sheets 4, to avoid friction between the twoadjacent sheets 4 to cause damage to thesheets 4. Theprotrusion 12 is disposed on thebody 11 and extends from an end of thebody 11, and the extended part extends beyond a corresponding end of eachsheet 4. Therefore, a number ofsheets 4 can be learned rapidly only by examining theprotrusion 12, thereby improving the efficiency of counting the number of thesheets 4. It may be understood that thepackaging box 2 is used to carry thesheets 4, and thesheet 4 is not a part of thepackaging box 2. - A plurality of
protrusions 12 may be disposed around thesheets 4, to facilitate counting of thesheets 4 from a plurality of directions, so as to improve the efficiency of counting thesheets 4. Theprotrusions 12 are disposed in a corresponding groove 23 of thepackaging box 2, so that it is convenient to count theprotrusions 12, thereby improving the efficiency of counting thesheets 4. In addition, the groove 23 can further fit correspondingprotrusions 12, thereby improving the safety of packaging thesheets 4, and thesheets 4 can alternatively be placed in a misaligned manner, thereby improving the efficiency of packaging thesheet 4. In another embodiment, the number and the positions of theprotrusions 12 may also be adjusted according to an actual requirement, and are not uniquely limited herein. - The cushioning pad 1 may be made of an organic material, for example, an expandable polyethylene (EPE) material. Therefore, the cushioning pad 1 has relatively high elasticity and a desirable cushioning protection effect. In addition, the operation of counting the number of the
protrusions 12 is facilitated. The cushioning pad 1 is formed by die cutting and stamping, so that processing and production are facilitated. In another embodiment, the cushioning pad 1 may be made of another material by using another processing process, and the material and processing process are not uniquely limited herein. - The
sheet 4 may be an object such as a display panel or a touchscreen. In another embodiment, thesheet 4 may alternatively be another object, which is not uniquely limited herein. - At least one through
hole 10 is provided at a position, corresponding to thesheet 4, in thebody 11. In this structure, when thebody 11 closely fits twoadjacent sheets 4, there is a particular difference between the external pressure and the pressure between thebody 11 and thesheet 4, and it is difficult to separate thebody 11 and thesheet 4. The throughhole 10 is provided for air to enter a fitting slit between thebody 11 and thesheet 4 through the throughhole 10, to keep a balance between the external pressure and the pressure between thebody 11 and thesheet 4, thereby facilitating separation between thebody 11 and thesheet 4. In another embodiment, another manner may be used to facilitate the separation between thebody 11 and thesheet 4, and is not uniquely limited herein. - In this application, the
protrusion 12 is disposed at at least one end of thebody 11 of the cushioning pad 1. Theprotrusion 12 may extend beyond a corresponding end of thesheet 4. Therefore, a number of thesheets 4 can be learned rapidly only by counting the number of theprotrusions 12, so that the operation is convenient and rapid. - In an embodiment, referring to
FIG. 2 andFIG. 5 together, in a specific implementation of the cushioning pad 1 according to an embodiment of this application, a cross section shape of thebody 11 is in conformity with a cross section shape of thesheet 4. In this structure, thebody 11 may fully support and protect thesheet 4, thereby improving the safety of packaging and transporting thesheet 4, so as to avoid a phenomenon that thebody 11 can protect only a partial region ofsheets 4, which causes thesheets 4 to be slightly deformed or damaged under imbalanced pressure. In another embodiment, the cross section shape of thebody 11 and the cross section shape of thesheet 4 may be adjusted according to an actual production requirement, and are not uniquely limited herein. - In an embodiment, referring to
