- Refer to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 . According to an embodiment, the present disclosure provides apackaging device 100 that packages a display device. Thepackaging device 100 comprises frames sequentially connected end to end and arranged into a ring, the frames are made of a material having supporting strength, the frames are respectively provided with accommodation recesses therein, the packaging device further comprises anelastic cushion 50 attached to an inner wall of the accommodation recess, and edges of the display device respectively fasten the accommodation recesses and touch theelastic cushion 50. - Specifically, the packaging device further comprises a
first frame 10, asecond frame 20, athird frame 30, and afourth frame 40 sequentially connected end to end and respectively provided with a first accommodation recess, a second accommodation recess, a third accommodation recess, and a fourth accommodation recess therein. The packaging device further comprises theelastic cushion 50, which is at least attached to an inner wall of one of the first accommodation recess, the second accommodation recess, the third accommodation recess, and the fourth accommodation recess, and the four edges of the display device respectively fasten the first accommodation recess, the second accommodation recess, the third accommodation recess, and the fourth accommodation recess and touch the elastic cushion. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the frames of thepackaging device 100 are made of a material having supporting strength, such as cardboard. The cardboard can support the panel of the display device to protect the panel from being deformed. Besides, the elastic cushion in the recess has the good elasticity and cushion function. The elastic cushion prevents the panel of the display device in the frames from being broken or scratched. - Specifically, a cross-sectional area of each of the
first frame 10, thesecond frame 20, thethird frame 30, and thefourth frame 40 has a U-shaped structure. When in use, thefirst frame 10 with the recess provided with theelastic cushion 50 therein, thesecond frame 20, thethird frame 30, and thefourth frame 40 respectively fasten the four edges of the display device. When the display device collides, theelastic cushion 50 attached to the inner wall of the recess will be deformed to better protect the display device. In addition, theelastic cushion 50 is accommodated in the accommodation recess. Compared with the existingpackaging device 100 is mainly made of an elastic material, the present disclosure reduces the usage of more elastic materials, thereby decreasing the volume of thepackaging device 100. When thepackaging device 100 is placed in a packaging box, thepackaging device 100 occupies a small space to conveniently be transported. - On top of that, the shapes and the number of the frames are adaptable according to the different shape of the display device: when the display device has a shape of a pentagon, the
packaging device 100 further comprises a fifth frame, thefirst frame 10, thesecond frame 20, thethird frame 30, thefourth frame 40, and the fifth frame are sequentially connected end to end, and the fifth frame is made of paper with supporting strength; when the display device has a shape of a hexagon, thepackaging device 100 further comprises a sixth frame, and thefirst frame 10, thesecond frame 20, thethird frame 30, thefourth frame 40, the fifth frame, and the sixth frame are sequentially connected end to end; . . . ; when the edge of the display device has a shape of a curve such as a circle, thefirst frame 10 also has a shape of a curve. Thefirst frame 10 connects and fastens the outer perimeter of the display device to protect the display device. Certainly, each of thefirst frame 10, thesecond frame 20, thethird frame 30, and thefourth frame 40 has a shape of a curve. Thefirst frame 10, thesecond frame 20, thethird frame 30, and thefourth frame 40 connect and fasten the outer perimeter of the display device to protect the display device. - Preferably, the
first frame 10, thesecond frame 20, thethird frame 30, and thefourth frame 40 are made of paper with supporting strength. That is to say, thefirst frame 10, thesecond frame 20, thethird frame 30, and thefourth frame 40 are harder, thereby preventing the panel of the display device from jumping from the front frame to break into fragments. - Furthermore, the
elastic cushion 50 may be made of expandable polyethylene (EPE), such that theelastic cushion 50 has the better cushion effect. - In an embodiment of the
packaging device 100, a cross-sectional area of theelastic cushion 50 has a U-shaped structure. Thus, theelastic cushion 50 is better attached to the inner wall of the recess to achieve the better cushion effect. - In another embodiment of the
packaging device 100, a cross-sectional area of theelastic cushion 50 has a V-shaped structure. When the display device vibrates or collides, theelastic cushion 50 will be deformed to press the frame, such that theelastic cushion 50 is combined with the frame more stably. - Preferably, the
packaging device 100 further comprises connection members. Each of the connection members is connected with ends of the two neighboring frames, such that the structure of thepackaging device 100 is more stable to achieve the better cushion effect and prevent the panel of the display device from being deformed or jumping from the front frame to break into fragments. Furthermore, the connection members may be fasteners or fastening portions. - The foregoing contents are detailed description of the disclosure in conjunction with specific preferred embodiments and concrete embodiments of the disclosure are not limited to these description. For the person skilled in the art of the disclosure, without departing from the concept of the disclosure, simple deductions or substitutions can be made and should be included in the protection scope of the application.
