Abstract

A woven textile defines a longitudinal direction and a horizontal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The woven textile includes a main body, a plurality of rows of binding thread, and at least one first braid. The main body has a plurality of meshes. Each row of the binding thread extends along the horizontal direction and is woven with the main body. The plurality of rows of binding thread are arranged spacedly. The first braid is woven with at least part of at least one row of said binding thread and jumping to an adjacent row of said binding thread to be woven therewith so that a distance between at least two rows of said binding thread is restricted by the first braid to restrict a flexibility of the main body along the longitudinal direction.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a woven textile.
  • Description of the Prior Art
  • Woven textile is used widely. For example, clothes, shoes, and daily commodities are often made by woven textile. However, how the woven textile is woven, the material, and the design determine the characteristics of the woven textile.
  • Conventional woven textile is woven by a single thread. Thus, the process of weaving is complicated, and the structure is easy to break down. Besides, the thickness of the woven textile is difficult to be increased. To increase the thickness, wider thread is usually used, or the thread is woven more times. If wider thread is used, the woven textile may be too heavy. If the thread is woven more times, the process may be time-consuming, and the air-permeability is bad.
  • On the other hand, two sides of conventional woven textile are made of the same material to have the same color and the same design.
  • In addition, the woven textile woven in conventional ways cannot provide larger meshes. The mesh is usually enlarged by skipping so that the structure of the woven textile is weakened.
  • Besides, conventional woven textile is woven in a specific direction, so the woven textile may have too much flexibility in a perpendicular direction. Thus, the woven textile is easy to be out of shape.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The main object of the present invention is to provide a woven textile which is able to restrict the flexibility along the longitudinal direction and the horizontal direction to prevent it from deformation.
  • To achieve the above and other objects, the woven textile of the present invention defines a longitudinal direction and a horizontal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The woven textile includes a main body, a plurality of rows of binding thread, and at least one first braid.
  • The main body, has a plurality of meshes. Each row of the binding thread extending along the horizontal direction and being woven with the main body. The plurality of rows of binding thread are arranged spacedly. The first braid is woven with at least part of at least one row of said binding thread and jumps to an adjacent row of said binding thread to be woven therewith so that a distance between at least two rows of said binding thread is restricted by the first braid to restrict a flexibility of the main body along the longitudinal direction.
  • Thereby, the flexibility of the main body along the horizontal direction is restricted by the binding thread, and the flexibility of the main body along the longitudinal direction is restricted by the first braid. However, the first braid may not restrict the flexibility too much.
  • The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment(s) in accordance with the present invention.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a stereogram of the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 is a front view of the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is a rear view of the present invention;
  • FIG. 4 is an illustration of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the woven textile of the present invention defines a longitudinal direction and a horizontal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The woven textile includes a main body 10, a plurality of rows of binding thread 20, and at least one first braid 30.
  • The main body 10 has a plurality of meshes. Each row of the binding thread 20 extends along the horizontal direction and is woven with the main body 10. The plurality of rows of binding thread 20 are arranged spacedly. The first braid 30 is woven with at least part of at least one row of said binding thread 20 and jumping to an adjacent row of said binding thread 20 to be woven therewith so that a distance between at least two rows of said binding thread 20 is restricted by the first braid 30 to restrict a flexibility of the main body 10 along the longitudinal direction.
  • In the present embodiment, the main body 10 is a woven cloth. More specifically, the main body 10 includes an upper layer and a lower layer. The upper layer includes at least one second braid 11. The second braid 11 is woven by a plurality of filaments and extends in a meandering way along the horizontal direction to form a plurality of hollow portions. The lower layer includes at least one third braid 12. The third braid 12 is woven by a plurality of filaments and extends in a meandering way along the horizontal direction to form a plurality of hollow portions. The upper layer and the lower layer are stacked together to have a plurality of overlap portions. The overlap portions are arranged along the horizontal direction to have a plurality of rows of overlap portion. Said rows of binding threads 20 are woven with said rows of overlap portions.
  • However, in other possible embodiments, the main body can be mesh fabric.
  • In the present embodiment, the first braid extends toward a first direction and is woven with one row of the binding thread, thereafter jumps to the adjacent row of the binding thread toward a second direction and is woven with said row of the binding thread a predetermined length toward the first direction, thereafter jumps to the original row of the binding thread toward a direction opposite to the second direction and is woven with the original row of the binding thread toward the first direction further. The steps are repeated so that the first braid extends in a teeth-shape. More specifically, the first braid extends toward a first direction and is woven with one row of the binding thread, thereafter jumps to the adjacent row of the binding thread toward a second direction and is woven with said row of the binding thread and the overlap portions a predetermined length toward the first direction, thereafter jumps to the original row of the binding thread toward a direction opposite to the second direction and is woven with the original row of the binding thread toward the first direction further. The steps are repeated so that the first braid extends in a teeth-shape and having inequal intervals.
  • In another embodiment, the first braid extends toward a first direction and is woven with one row of the binding thread, thereafter jumps to the adjacent row of the binding thread toward a second direction and is woven with said row of the binding thread toward the first direction, thereafter jumps to a next row of the binding thread toward the second direction and is woven with said row of the binding thread toward the first direction. The steps are repeated so that the first braid extends in a stepped shape.
  • Preferably, the first braid 30 is woven by braiding. The first braid 30 includes an outer layer and a core. The outer layer is woven by a plurality of filaments to be tube-shaped, and the core is inserted through the outer layer. A single binding thread extends back and forth to form the rows of binding thread.
  • Thereby, the binding thread and the first braid of the present invention can restrict the flexibility of the main body along the longitudinal direction and the horizontal direction respectively so that the main body is prevented from deformation. In addition, the first braid jumps among different rows of binding thread to avoid excess restriction to the longitudinal stretching. Besides, the first braid is woven with the binding thread to ensure the stability of the first braid.
