Abstract

A magic headwrap and a method of making the same are provided. The magic headwrap includes a first material layer, a second material layer, and a third material layer. The first material layer encircles a space. The second material layer is connected to the first material layer and encircles the space. The third material layer is connected to the first material layer and the second material layer. The third material layer encircles the space, and the first material layer encircles the second material layer and the third material layer. The first material layer includes a first stitch line, the second material layer includes a second stitch line, and the third material layer includes a third stitch line. The first stitch line, the second stitch line, and the third stitch line are connected together.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present disclosure relates to a magic headwrap and a method of making the same; more particularly, to a magic headwrap and a method of making the same that provide the versability of color.
  • 2. Description of Related Art
  • There are a variety of multi-functional headwraps on the market which provides different wearing styles. For example, some multi-functional headwraps in the art can be worn on the head of a user and be used as a headscarf, or wrapped around the wrist as a wrist scarf, or be tied around the neck as a scarf.
  • However, a headwrap in the prior art can only show the color of the fabric that constitutes the headwrap. Therefore, when a user want the headwrap to show another color, he/her has to take off the original headwrap and put on another one in another color, which causes inconvenience. Therefore, the headwrap in the prior art is to be improved.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Accordingly, one of the objectives of the present disclosure is to provide a magic headwrap and a method of making the same which enable a user to change the color that the magic headwrap shows while being worn.
  • One embodiment of the present disclosure provides a magic headwrap including a first material layer, a second material layer, and a third material layer. The first material layer encircles a space. The second material layer is connected to the first material layer and encircles the space. The first material layer encircles the second material layer. The third material layer is connected to the first material layer and the second material layer. The third material layer encircles the space, and the first material layer encircles the third material layer. The first material layer includes a first stitch line, the second material layer includes a second stitch line, and the third material layer includes a third stitch line, in which the first material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the first stitch line, the second material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the second stitch line, and the third material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the third stitch line. The first stitch line, the second stitch line, and the third stitch line are connected together. The first portion of the first material layer and the second portion of the second material layer are layered together, the first portion of the second material layer and the second portion of the third material layer are layered together, and the first portion of the third material layer and the second portion of the first material layer are layered together.
  • Another embodiment of the present disclosure provides a magic headwrap including a first material layer, a second material layer, a third material layer and a fourth material layer. The first material layer encircles a space. The second material layer is connected to the first material layer and encircles the space, and the first material layer encircles the second material layer. The third material layer is connected to the first material layer and the second material layer. The third material layer encircles the space, and the first material layer encircles the third material layer. The fourth material layer is connected to the first material layer, the second material layer and the third material layer. The fourth material layer encircles the space, and the first material layer encircles the fourth material layer. The first material layer includes a first stitch line, the second material layer includes a second stitch line, the third material layer includes a third stitch line, and the fourth material layer includes a fourth stitch line, in which the first material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the first stitch line, the second material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the second stitch line, the third material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the third stitch line, and the fourth material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the fourth stitch line. The first stitch line, the second stitch line, the third stitch line and the fourth stitch line are connected together. The first portion of the first material layer and the second portion of the second material layer are layered together, the first portion of the second material layer and the second portion of the third material layer are layered together, the first portion of the third material layer and the second portion of the fourth material layer are layered together, and the first portion of the fourth material layer and the second portion of the first material layer are layered together.
  • Another embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method of making a magic headwrap, which includes: providing a first material layer, a second material layer, and a third material layer; connecting an edge of the first material layer with an edge of the second material layer, connecting another edge the second material layer with an edge of the third material layer, and connecting another edge of the third material layer with another edge of the first material layer such that the first material layer, the second material layer, and the third material layer form a tubular body with two openings at both ends thereof; connecting the two openings at both ends of the tubular body to form a double-layered loop with the first material layer and a half of the third material layer forming the outer layer of the double-layered loop, and the second material layer and another half of the third material layer forming the inner layer of the double-layered loop, in which a first stitch line of the first material layer overlaps a second stitch line of the second material layer; connecting the first stitch line with the second stitch line; pulling the inner layer of the double-layered loop away from the outer layer of the double-layered loop and folding the second material layer such that a third stitch line of the third material layer overlaps the first stitch line and the second stitch line; and connecting the third stitch line with the first stitch line and the second stitch line.
  • In summary, the present disclosure is advantageous in that, through the technical features of “the first stitch line, the second stitch line, and the third stitch line are connected together” and of “the first portion of the first material layer and the second portion of the second material layer are layered together, the first portion of the second material layer and the second portion of the third material layer are layered together, and the first portion of the third material layer and the second portion of the first material layer are layered together”, the magic headwrap and the method of making the same present disclosure achieves the versatility of color, enabling a user to change the color that the magic headwrap Z shows while being worn.
  • In order to further the understanding of the present disclosure, the following embodiments are provided along with illustrations to facilitate the disclosure of the present disclosure.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The aforementioned illustrations and following detailed description are exemplary for the purpose of further explaining the scope of the present disclosure. Other objectives and advantages related to the present disclosure will be illustrated in the following description and appended drawings.
  • The First Embodiment
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the magic headwrap Z of the present disclosure includes a first material layer 1, a second material layer 2, and a third material layer 3. The first material layer 1 encircles a space S. The second material layer 2 is connected to the first material layer 1 and encircles the space S. The first material layer 1 encircles the second material layer 2. The third material layer 3 is connected to the first material layer 1 and the second material layer 2. The third material layer 3 encircles the space S, and the first material layer 1 encircles the third material layer 3.
  • More specifically, FIG. 2 shows how the magic headwrap Z would look like if the seam N of the magic headwrap Z in FIG. 1 is cut apart. Furthermore, the first material layer 1 includes a first stitch line 10, the second material layer 2 includes a second stitch line 20, and the third material layer 3 includes a third stitch line 30. The first material layer 1 is divided into a first portion 11 and a second portion 12 by the first stitch line 10, the second material layer 2 is divided into a first portion 21 and a second portion 22 by the second stitch line 20, and the third material layer 3 is divided into a first portion 31 and a second portion 32 by the third stitch line 30. The first stitch line 10, the second stitch line 20, and the third stitch line 30 are connected together.
  • With reference to FIG. 2, by connecting the first stitch line 10, the second stitch line 20, and the third stitch line 30 together, the first portion 11 of the first material layer 1 and the second portion 22 of the second material layer 2 are layered together, the first portion 21 of the second material layer 2 and the second portion 32 of the third material layer 3 are layered together, and the first portion 31 of the third material layer 3 and the second portion 12 of the first material layer 1 are layered together.
  • In the present embodiment, the first material layer 1, the second material layer 2, and the third material layer 3 are made of a stretchable fabric material can have different colors. Moreover, in the present embodiment, the first stitch line 10 is a central line of the first material layer 1 that divides the first material layer 1 equally, the second stitch line 20 is a central line of the second material layer 2 that divides the second material layer 2 equally, and the third stitch line 30 is a central line of the third material layer 3 that divides the third material layer 3 equally. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For instance, in other embodiments, the first material layer 1, the second material layer 2, and the third material layer 3 can have different patterns, and the first stitch line 10 can divide the first material layer 1 into two unequal portions such that the width of the first portion 11 of the first material layer 1 is greater than the second portion 12 of the first material layer 1.
  • It should be noted that, although FIG. 1 shows the magic headwrap Z in a status where the first material layer 1 faces outward, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. More specifically, since the first portion 11 of the first material layer 1 is layered with the second portion 22 of the second material layer 2, the magic headwrap Z will have at least a part of the second material layer 2 facing outward if the first portion 11 of the first material layer 1 in FIG. 1 is turned over and folded in half such that the first portion 11 of the first material layer 1 contacts the second portion 12 of the first material layer 1.
  • Similarly, since the second portion 12 of the first material layer 1 is layered with the first portion 31 of the third material layer 3, the magic headwrap Z will have at least a part of the third material layer 3 facing outward if the second portion 12 of the first material layer 1 in FIG. 1 is turned over and folded in half such that the second portion 12 of the first material layer 1 contacts the first portion 11 of the first material layer 1.
  • Accordingly, with reference to FIGS. 9 to 11, through the above structural manner, when wearing the magic headwrap Z, a user can change the color that the magic headwrap Z shows by simply folding the outermost layer of the magic headwrap Z. In this way, the user can show three different colors of the magic headwrap Z while wearing it. Therefore, the magic headwrap Z can achieve the versatility of color.
  • With reference to FIGS. 3 to 8, the method of making the magic headwrap Z provided by the present disclosure will be described below. Referring to FIGS. 3 to 7, in the present embodiment, the method of making the magic headwrap Z includes:
  • a step S100 of providing a first material layer 1, a second material layer 2, and a third material layer 3; a step S102 of connecting an edge of the first material layer 1 with an edge of the second material layer 2, connecting another edge the second material layer 2 with an edge of the third material layer 3, and connecting another edge of the third material layer 3 with another edge of the first material layer 1 such that the first material layer 1, the second material layer 2, and the third material layer 3 form a tubular body Z′ with two openings (M1, M2) at both ends thereof; a step S104 of connecting the two openings (M1, M2) at both ends of the tubular body Z′ to form a double-layered loop Z″ with the first material layer 1 and a half of the third material layer 3 forming the outer layer of the double-layered loop Z″, and the second material layer 2 and another half of the third material layer 3 forming the inner layer of the double-layered loop Z″, in which a first stitch line 10 of the first material layer 1 overlaps a second stitch line 20 of the second material layer 2; and a step S106 of connecting the first stitch line 10 with the second stitch line 20.
  • Specifically, referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, in FIG. 5, the two openings (M1, M2) of the tubular body Z′ of FIG. 3 have been connected together by the seam N in FIG. 5, by which the tubular body Z′ forms a double-layered loop Z″. Furthermore, in FIG. 6, the first stitch line 10 of the first material layer 1 is in alignment with the second stitch line 20 of the second material layer 2, and in FIG. 7, the first stitch line 10 and the second stitch line 20 have been connected together.
  • Next, with further reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, the method of making the magic headwrap Z according to the present embodiment further includes a step S108 of pulling the inner layer of the double-layered loop away from the outer layer of the double-layered loop Z″ and folding the second material layer 2 such that a third stitch line 30 of the third material layer 3 overlaps the first stitch line 10 and the second stitch line 20, and a step S110 of connecting the third stitch line 30 with the first stitch line 10 and the second stitch line 20.
  • Specifically, referring to FIG. 7, after the first stitch line 10 and the second stitch line 20 are connected together, the inner layer of the double-layered loop Z″ is pulled away from the outer layer of the double-layered loop Z″ in a manner such that two edges of the second material layer 2 are in alignment with each other in the radial direction of the double-layered loop Z″, and the third stitch line 30 is in alignment with the first stitch line 10 and the second stitch line 20 in the radial direction of the double-layered loop Z″. Next, in FIG. 8, the third stitch line 30 of the third material layer 3 has been connected with the first stitch line 10 and the second stitch line 20.
  • It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the connection manner between the first material layer 1, the second material layer 2 and the third material layer 3, and that between the first stitch line 10, the second stitch line 20 and the third stitch line 30 are sewing. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • Specifically, referring to FIG. 4, after step S104, the method of making the magic headwrap Z according to the present embodiment further includes a step S105 of turning the tubular body Z′ inside out. In step S105, the tubular body Z′ is turned inside out so as to hide the seams connecting the edges of the first material layer 1, the second material layer 2, and the third material layer 3.
  • The Second Embodiment
  • The magic headwrap Z according to the second embodiment has a similar structure to that of the magic headwrap Z according to the first embodiment. Therefore, the similarities therebetween will not be further described herein, and the difference between the two embodiments is that the magic headwrap Z of the second embodiment has four material layers, each having a color different from that of other material layers.
  • Specifically, with reference to FIG. 12, which shows the magic headwrap Z according to the second embodiment with a seam thereof being cut apart, the magic headwrap Z of the second embodiment includes a first material layer 1, a second material layer 2, a third material layer 3 and a fourth material layer 4. The first material layer 1 includes a first stitch line 10, the second material layer 2 includes a second stitch line 20, the third material layer 3 includes a third stitch line 30, and the fourth material layer 4 includes a fourth stitch line 40, in which the first material layer 1 is divided into a first portion 11 and a second portion 12 by the first stitch line 10, the second material layer 2 is divided into a first portion 21 and a second portion 22 by the second stitch line 20, the third material layer 3 is divided into a first portion 31 and a second portion 32 by the third stitch line 30, and the fourth material layer 4 is divided into a first portion 41 and a second portion 42 by the fourth stitch line 40. The first stitch line 10, the second stitch line 20, the third stitch line 30 and the fourth stitch line 40 are connected together.
  • With the structure described above, the magic headwrap Z of the second embodiment enables a user to change the color that the magic headwrap Z shows while being worn by simply folding the outermost layer of the magic headwrap Z. In this way, the user can show four different colors of the magic headwrap Z while wearing it. Accordingly, the magic headwrap Z can achieve the versatility of color.
  • In summary, the present disclosure is advantageous in that, through the technical features of “the first stitch line 10, the second stitch line 20, and the third stitch line 30 are connected together” and of “the first portion 11 of the first material layer 1 and the second portion 22 of the second material layer 2 are layered together, the first portion 21 of the second material layer 2 and the second portion 32 of the third material layer 3 are layered together, and the first portion 31 of the third material layer 3 and the second portion 12 of the first material layer 1 are layered together”, the magic headwrap Z of the present disclosure achieves the versatility of color, enabling a user to change the color that the magic headwrap Z shows while being worn.

Claims (10)

What is claimed is:
1. A magic headwrap, comprising:
a first material layer encircling a space;
a second material layer connected to the first material layer and encircling the space, the first material layer encircling the second material layer;
a third material layer connected to the first material layer and the second material layer, the third material layer encircling the space, and the first material layer encircling the third material layer,
wherein the first material layer includes a first stitch line, the second material layer includes a second stitch line, and the third material layer includes a third stitch line, in which the first material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the first stitch line, the second material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the second stitch line, and the third material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the third stitch line, the first stitch line, the second stitch line, and the third stitch line being connected together,
and wherein the first portion of the first material layer and the second portion of the second material layer are layered together, the first portion of the second material layer and the second portion of the third material layer are layered together, and the first portion of the third material layer and the second portion of the first material layer are layered together.
2. The magic headwrap according to claim 1, wherein at least two of the first material layer, the second material layer, and the third material layer have different colors.
3. The magic headwrap according to claim 1, wherein the first material layer, the second material layer, and the third material layer are made of a stretchable fabric material.
4. The magic headwrap according to claim 1, wherein the first stitch line is a central line of the first material layer that divides the first material layer equally, the second stitch line is a central line of the second material layer that divides the second material layer equally, and the third stitch line is a central line of the third material layer that divides the third material layer equally such that a width of the first portion of the first material layer, a width of the second portion of the first material layer, a width of the first portion of the second material layer, a width of the second portion of the second material layer, a width of the first portion of the third material layer, a width of the second portion of the third material layer are equal.
5. A magic headwrap, comprising:
a first material layer encircling a space;
a second material layer connected to the first material layer and encircling the space, the first material layer encircling the second material layer;
a third material layer connected to the first material layer and the second material layer, the third material layer encircling the space, and the first material layer encircling the third material layer;
a fourth material layer connected to the first material layer, the second material layer and the third material layer, the fourth material layer encircling the space, and the first material layer encircling the fourth material layer,
wherein the first material layer includes a first stitch line, the second material layer includes a second stitch line, the third material layer includes a third stitch line, and the fourth material layer includes a fourth stitch line, in which the first material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the first stitch line, the second material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the second stitch line, the third material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the third stitch line, and the fourth material layer is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the fourth stitch line, the first stitch line, the second stitch line, the third stitch line and the fourth stitch line being connected together,
and wherein the first portion of the first material layer and the second portion of the second material layer are layered together, the first portion of the second material layer and the second portion of the third material layer are layered together, the first portion of the third material layer and the second portion of the fourth material layer are layered together, and the first portion of the fourth material layer and the second portion of the first material layer are layered together.
6. The magic headwrap according to claim 5, wherein at least two of the first material layer, the second material layer, the third material layer and the fourth material layer each have different colors.
7. The magic headwrap according to claim 5, wherein the first material layer, the second material layer, the third material layer and the fourth material layer are made of a stretchable fabric material.
8. The magic headwrap according to claim 5, wherein the first stitch line is a central line of the first material layer that divides the first material layer equally, the second stitch line is a central line of the second material layer that divides the second material layer equally, the third stitch line is a central line of the third material layer that divides the third material layer equally, and the fourth stitch line is a central line of the fourth material layer that divides the fourth material layer equally such that a width of the first portion of the first material layer, a width of the second portion of the first material layer, a width of the first portion of the second material layer, a width of the second portion of the second material layer, a width of the first portion of the third material layer, a width of the second portion of the third material layer are equal, a width of the first portion of the fourth material layer and a width of the second portion of the fourth material layer are equal.
9. A method of making a magic headwrap, comprising:
providing a first material layer, a second material layer, and a third material layer;
connecting an edge of the first material layer with an edge of the second material layer, connecting another edge the second material layer with an edge of the third material layer, and connecting another edge of the third material layer with another edge of the first material layer such that the first material layer, the second material layer, and the third material layer form a tubular body with two openings at both ends thereof;
connecting the two openings at both ends of the tubular body to form a double-layered loop with the first material layer and a half of the third material layer forming the outer layer of the double-layered loop, and the second material layer and another half of the third material layer forming the inner layer of the double-layered loop, in which a first stitch line of the first material layer overlaps a second stitch line of the second material layer;
connecting the first stitch line with the second stitch line;
pulling the inner layer of the double-layered loop away from the outer layer of the double-layered loop and folding the second material layer such that a third stitch line of the third material layer overlaps the first stitch line and the second stitch line; and
connecting the third stitch line with the first stitch line and the second stitch line.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein after the step of connecting an edge of the first material layer with an edge of the second material layer, connecting another edge the second material layer with an edge of the third material layer, and connecting another edge of the third material layer with another edge of the first material layer such that the first material layer, the second material layer, and the third material layer form a tubular body with two openings respectively at both ends thereof, the method further includes: turning the tubular body inside out.
